The Vivians’ Computer Training Business will be located at R. Kangleon Street, Tunga-
tunga, Maasin City, 6600 Southern Leyte ,Philippines

The Product/s/Service:

The business will be based out of the owners’ office, with service to train clients with
courses such as Microsoft training (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Publisher), desktop skills
and clients management software training through local classes or virtually via internet.
Providing a broad range of training services or focusing on specific software and also
selling training materials to bolster services. Offering customers at different skills level,
from basics all the way up to advanced applications in order for the customer to be
more computer-literate.

The customers (Who are my target customers):

The target will be a person, group or organization that is asking or seeking solutions in
terms of computer skills. Individuals who have just purchased their first computer and
have lack of Microsoft or desktop publishing skills. And to those looking for ways to learn
new skills and get better jobs.

The Marketing Strategy

The Proposed Price for the service
Pricing will vary depending on the course and educational setting.
Online class might cost P1200 in every 6 hours.
Personal class = P1000 every 6 hours
Book by course (Basic level)= P600, (Average level)= P900 and (Advanced level)= P1200,
with discounts for bulk purchases.

Promotional Activity:
Promotional activity will include internet advertising or creating a website and social
media accounts, distribution of brochures at universities, colleges and departments in
order to reach a wider audience.

and computer skills.

1 Data Entry Clerk High school diploma or General Education

I obtained my knowledge and have been inspired from my Bachelor of Science in
Information Technology instructor to enhanced and fulfill my chosen course.
I have chosen this business idea because:
this is my skill and I am also interested in this particular business. I am also motivated
with this because I learned and obtained it from my brothers which helped to hone my
skills and taught me about computers
