-Bad emotional Control -Bad disciplinary controlling skills -Bad Conversation Skills -Bad Persuasive skills -Bad relationship with colleagues -Inefficient communication with colleagues -might be affecting children’s skills in the future -might give incorrect mental hint to children in the future -might be making the class messier in the future Dear Head Teacher: I am writing to express my dissatisfaction on my children’s new teacher, Ms. Ursula. As the teacher of Standard Five, she has no idea what she was doing all the time. She had a terrible behaviour toward the pupils. She thought she know what she was doing but actually she knows nothing more than the children! She pushes them to do things that they were not told to do, which may cause significant damages in dangerous fields. She has almost no teaching experiences, having a real terrible class on her day one in the school. She had not expressed the confidence, high voice that Mr.Brunt have, instead always speaking in a struggling way as if she doesn’t know how to teach children. She does not know how to control her emotion as I was told her faces went blush red while teaching on her first class. She had a terrible time during gaps, where she could hardly handle any children. I could feel her being suffocated staying in this classroom. I do feel sympathetic for her but as a teacher she must show her professional attitude toward out children. I was also told that she had a terrible time spending with her colleagues. She seems to have a not so smooth relationship with some of them, that she does not even know what the basic rules are when entering the great hall. Obviously, having a hard time with colleagues would result in a lack of communication with teachers, therefore causing inaccurate, not in-time reflections from the other teachers, finally causing children going on the wrong way of studying. With such an unprofessional teacher teaching my children, I am afraid that my children would receive incorrect and inappropriate education in the future. I hope that Ms.Ursula can increase her professionalism or adjust her emotions. If she keeps acting like this, I am afraid that I should ask her to leave the school immediately, preventing any possible crisis happening to my children. Dear head teacher, for the sake of the benefit of students, I hope you can stand with us together, to make Ms.Ursula do some changes to her teaching. No matter what it is, as long as she’s developed, we would be interested in giving her more patience and time.
