3. Weathering course using concrete
4. Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles
5. Scrapping the old cement plastering and raking out the joints 20 mm deep and
Replastering
6. Clearing the debris from site by jcb and lorries

The necessary lumpsum provisions are made for centage @ 2% and labour welfare fund @ 1%The
