The document summarizes two scenarios. For the first scenario, it states that it would not be appropriate for a bank manager to agree to hold a charity auction in the office, as it could make other employees feel pressured and cause tensions. For the second scenario, it discusses the dilemma of a police officer who wants to choose his duty over misleading his boss, but also does not want to disappoint his boss.

1. SCENARIO 1 holding charity auctions in the office
- By my own opinion, it is not right for Justin to agree with Angela’s demand to hold an auction at his office. Everybody in the office will feel pressured to give money. It is also very possible that auction will create between employees who bid and those who don’t. And for Justin side, as a bank manager he has to avoid giving impressions of biases on his subordinates. this not appropriate, especially that Justin is just a manager even though he has a right but still he should make any decision that can affect in their bank. If this scenario will happen again on his other employees will complain because of being unfair. therefore it is best to keep duction and other money raising activities out of the workplace to avoid misunderstanding with other employees.
2. SCENARION 2 Misleading for good purpose
- The disparity of belief and behavior in Vince situation is that Vince wants to choose duty rather than in destroying the structure of the police station building because he wants to be honest and he wants to do the ethical decision. But he also think the unethical decision because he wants to please his boss and he doesn’t also want to disappoint him in his decision.
