CRIME REPORT
NATURE OF CASE: Parricide
COMPLAINANT/VICTIM: Jacob Quiao, 50 years old, single parent, instructor at
Makilala Institute of Science and Technology, lived in Poblacion Makilala North
Cotabato.
DATE/TIME/PLACE OF OCCURRENCE: December 12,2022 about 4:30 in the
afternoon located at Narra St. Poblacion, Makilala, North Cotabato.
SUSPECT: Aisa M.Sungka, 20 years old, Agriculture Student of Makilala Institute of
Science and Technology (MIST), resident of Brgy, Poblacion Narra St, Makilala North
Cotabato
EVIDENCE: Bloody hammer, bloody knife, Knot, Hair, Fingerprint
.
WITNESS: Hasim Deron, a 36 years widower resident of Brgy. Poblacion narra St,
Makilala North Cotabato.

Aisa M. Sungka (20) has lived with her father, Jacob Quiao (48) ever since she
was young. Her mother died when she gave birth to Aisa and since then, she has been
taken care of by her father. Jacob was an alcoholic who always comes home drunk and
Aisa was constantly beaten up by him. Their family is not wealthy and they do not have
other relatives to help them. One day, on December 12, 2022, at around 4:30 in the
afternoon, a local citizen, Hasim Deron, called the Makilala Police Station and reported
that she found Jacob Quiao dead inside their house in Narra Street, Poblacion Makilala
North Cotabato. Aisa, however, was nowhere to be found. Jacob received multiple stab
wounds (7 stab wounds) on his chest. When the first responder arrived, they secured
the area and then began gathering information.Upon their arrival, they confirmed that
Jacob was dead on the spot. The police conducted an investigation and gathered a
statement from Hasim who reported the scene. Hasim stated that at around 3:30 in the
afternoon of the same date, he heard screams from the Quiao residence and it was
Aisa's. He said that Aisa and Jacob constantly fought because Jacob was an alcoholic.
