As the world goes innovated and continually developing, the lifestyle


of every people also changes and they going with the trend now. In that
innovation and development, there are some improper habits and behavior or
effects that the researchers found out in this study. The researchers’ study will
show how will affect someone or youth from playing online games. The
purpose of this study is to have much information and truly identify what is the
positive and negative effect of online game (Mobile Legends) in academic
performance of student.

Nevertheless, playing online games is the one of activity of students


and they play online games for their leisure time that will lead them to
addiction. Most of the video games are required to use internet. There are
many types or genre of games that the youth plays. The genre of online games
has different concept that youth can probably like to create their own
happiness.

In order to study this matter, the researchers conduct survey


questionnaire to identify the effect of online games towards youth. The
findings will help others to reduce addiction and negative effect of playing
online games instead; they will use online games as their motivation to pursue their
studies. This study can be used also to find the problem occurring among online

video game addiction and possibly to create a solution to overcome the
negative findings in this research.

First and foremost, we would like to thank God for giving

us courage and strength to make and perform this research

research and for guiding us to make this research possible.

Additionally, we would like to thank our dear friends and our
