O' Allāh send Your blessings on
Muhammad
and the family of Muhammad.

In the Name of Allāh,
the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.

Peace be upon you, O daughter of the
leader of the Prophets.

‫ض وال ِلٍ ِاء‬ ٍ ‫الص‬

owner of the (Heavenly) Pond and the
Standard.

َ‫الشال ُم َغل ّْ ِم ِا ِبوت َمن ُغرج‬

‫إلَ الش َم ْ ِاء وو ٔغ ْ ٔو ْإلَ مك ِام‬

Peace be upon you, O daughter of him
who was taken to the skies and who
reached the position of the length of
two arrows or even closer.

ُِّ ‫الشال ُم َغل ّْ ِم ِا ِبوت ه ِب‬ َ َّ
ْ ُ َ َ َ ّ
‫الٌدى وص ِّ ِد الٍر َى ومو ِك ِذ‬ َ َ َ ُ

‫ِالػب ِاد ِمن الردى‬ َ
Prophet of right guidance, the master
of (all) human beings, and the savior
of the servants (of Allah) from being
destroyed.

َ ْ
‫الشالم غلّ ِم ِا ِبو َّت غ ِاش ِب‬َ َ ُ َ َّ
َ َ َ َ
‫الخل ِق ٓ َالػ ِظ ِّم ّو ْالطر َ ِف الػ ِم ِّم‬ ُ ُ
َ
‫ات و ِالذه ِر الص ِن ِّم‬ ِ ِ‫واأل‬ َ
one who has conformed (himself) to
sublime morality, enjoyed the broad
honor, and owned the (Heavenly)
Signs and the Wise Remembrance of
Allah (i.e. the Holy Quran).

owner of the Lofty Position, the Pond
from which people shall drink (on the
Resurrection Day), and the Standard,
which shall be witnessed by everybody.

Path of Islam and the one given the
Qiblah and the Quran, and the
example of honesty, right, and
benevolence.

Peace and Allah's Mercy and Blessings
be upon you, O daughter of the choice
of the Prophets,
ْ‫َو َغ َلم ٔاأل ْثكّاء َو َم ْطٌٍر ّالذهر‬

ُِ َ ْ َ َ ِ ِ َ ِ ْ ٔ ِ
‫ ورشمة‬،‫ماء‬ َّ
ُِ ُ َ ‫ض و َ َالش‬ ِ ‫ر‬ ‫األ‬ ُ‫ف‬

‫هللا وبرهاثي‬ ِ
the example of the pious ones, and the
well known in both the earth and the
heavens.

ْ‫الشال ُم َغل ّْ ِم َِا بو َت خّر‬

ِ َْ َِّ َ َ
‫هللا وص ِّ ِد خل ِك ِي‬
ِ ‫خ ِلق‬
be upon you, O daughter of the best
of Allah's creation, the master of His
creatures,

َ ْ َ َ َ َّ
‫واو ِل الػد ِ ٓد لبو َ َإِر َ ِاد َار َ ِض ِي‬ َ َ
‫واء‬ ْ َ َ
ِ ‫وصماوا ِث ِي ُّو ْا ِخ ِرَ َ ْاألب ِد بػد ف‬ َ َ
َ‫الدهّا واً ِلٌا‬
the foremost created individual before
the existence of (Allah's) earth and
heavens, the last of the existent ones
(who shall endure) after the extinction
of this world and its beings,

ْ ُ ُ ُ ‫و‬ ُ َّ
‫ٍت‬
ِ ً‫الال‬ ‫ة‬ ‫خ‬ ‫ش‬ ‫ه‬ ‫ي‬ ‫ش‬
ْ ُ ُ َ ْ ُ ُ ُ‫َ ُ َر‬ ‫ر‬ ‫ي‬ ‫ذ‬ِ ‫ال‬
‫وغٍ ثي ه َش ُخة المل ِم‬

and the one whose soul is a copy of the
Divinity

‫وللب ُي خزاه ْة ُالص ُِ ال ِ َذ َي ُأل‬
ُ‫هللا َوب َرهاثي‬ َ َ
ِ ‫ ورشمة‬،‫ِمٍت‬ َ ُ
and whose heart is the treasury of the
Eternal, Subsistent God.

‫و‬ ‫ب‬ ‫ا‬ِ َ ‫م‬ ْ

‫ل‬ ‫غ‬ َ ‫م‬ُ َ

‫ِبالغم ِام ص ِّ ِد النٍهّ ِن‬
be upon you, O daughter of the one
who is shaded by clouds, is the
master of the Two Worlds,

َّ‫َو َم ٍْلَ َّالد َكلّن َوظ ِفّع األم ِة‬
ُِ َ ْ ‫َ َ ْ َ ِ َ َر‬
‫هللا‬ ِ ‫المص َط ِ َر ُو ُشمة‬ ‫ٍِم‬

‫وبرهاثي‬ َ
is the chief of the two beings (i.e. man
and jinn), and is the Intercessor of the
ummah on the Resurrection Day.

master of the Prophets' successors.

preventer of the infidels and the

Peace be upon you, O daughter of
brightness of the Religion.

Great News (as it is certainly proved).

be upon you, O daughter of the one to
whom the mission of settling
accounts with people (on the
Resurrection Day) is given,

ُّ ‫َوالنٍخ ُر بّن ِدِ ِي َوالو‬
َ َ ْ َ
ُ َ ْ َ َ َ َ َ
ِ ‫ ُو ُرشمة‬،َ ‫الغ ِد ِِر غلَ َ ِّي‬
‫هللا‬
‫وبرهاثي‬ َ
between whose hands the Heavenly
Pond (of al-Kawthar) is put, and whom
is intended by the (Prophet's)
Statement of the Ghadir Day.
َ‫الش َال ُم َغ َل ّْ ِم َِا ب ْو َت َم ْن َلاد‬

ُ‫ز َم َام َه َالج ٌَا ز َبرائّو‬
ِ ِ ِ ِ
lady whose she-camel was driven by
(Archangel) Gabriel,
ُ ْ َ َ ُ َ َ َ
،‫وظارهٌا فُ مػابٌا إصر ِافّو‬ َ
and whose misfortune (of Imam al-
Husayn's being slain in Karbala) was
shared by (Archangel) Israfil,
ُ‫الرلّو‬
َِ ‫َو َغ ِض َب ب َش َببٌا َّالر ُّب‬
ِ ِ
and due to whose anger the All-exalted
Lord was angry,.
ُ‫الخلّو‬
َ ‫ابٌا ْإبراً ُّم‬َ
َ ُ
‫نَ ٌلمػ‬ َ َ
‫ب‬ ‫و‬
ِ ُ َِ ُ َ ُ َ
َ
ُ‫وهٍح وم ٍَص ََ الن ِلّم ِف‬
َ‫ه ْربالء‬
and for whose misfortune of Karbala,
(the Prophets) Abraham the Friend of
Allah, Noah, and Moses the Spoken by
Allah wept.

‫ٍاط ِع‬ َّ

shining full moons.

be upon you, O daughter of the
brilliant suns.

Peace be upon you, O daughter of Well
Zamzam and Safa (of the landmarks of
Mecca)
َ‫الش َال ُم َغ َل ّْم َِا ب ْو َت َم َّنة‬

Mecca and Mina –a height in Mecca-
ْ َ َ
ْ‫الشال ُم َغل ّْ ِم َِا بو َت َمن‬ َّ

‫ش ِمو غلَ البر ِاق فُ الٌٍاء‬
whom was carried by Buraq to the
heavens.

ْ‫الشال ُم َغل ّْ ِم َِا بو َت َمن‬

َ ّ ِ ْ ٔ َ َ َّ َ َ
‫اف ِالرد ِاء‬ ِ َ ُ ‫الز ُه َاة ِباطر‬

‫وبذلي غلَ الفكر ِاء‬
who carried the zakat(almsgiving) by
the margins of his dress to give it to
the paupers.

ْ‫الشال ُم َغل ّْ ِم َِا بو َت َمن‬

َ ِ ْ َ َ ْ ُ
‫اص ِري ِبي ِمن المش ٔ ِ ْر ِد الصر ِام‬

َ‫المشر ِد األلػ‬ ِ َ‫إل‬
whom was taken by night from the
Inviolable Masjid to the Farthest
Masjid.
‫الشال َم غلّ ِم ِا ِ َبوت من‬ َ َّ

‫ضرب ِبالشّفّن‬ َ َ
who fought with two swords.
‫الشالم َّغلّ ِم ِ َا َ ِبوت من‬ َ َّ

who offered prayers to the two Qiblas.

Peace be upon you and upon your
father, Haydar al-Karrar (the
Attacking.)

Peace be upon you and upon the pure,
choice masters who are the
Arguments of Allah on lands, the
chiefs of the earth and the heavens,

ِ ‫الشالم ٔغلّْ ِم و ٔغ ْ َلَ الشاد‬
،‫ٌار األخّ ِار‬
ِ ‫ط‬ ‫األ‬
Peace be upon you and upon the pure,
choice masters,
ْ ٔ َ ُ َ ُ َُْ
‫طار‬ ‫ل‬
ِ َ َّ ‫األ‬ َ‫ل‬‫غ‬ ‫هللا‬
ِ ‫ذ‬ ‫ر‬ ‫ش‬
ٔ ُ َ َ ‫م‬ ً‫و‬
‫رض والشم ِاء‬ ِ ‫األ‬ ‫ادات‬ ‫ص‬‫و‬
who are the Arguments of Allah on
lands, the chiefs of the earth and the
heavens,
َ ْ َ َ ٌ َ ُ ُّ ُ َ َّ
‫ال ِذِن ش ُبٌّم ف َرض غلَ اغو ِاق‬
‫ه ِو الخال ِئ ِق‬
and love for whom is a prescription that
is incumbent upon all creatures.
‫هللا‬ ّ َ َ ْ َ ْ َ َ ُ َ َّ
ِ ُ‫الشالم غلّ ِ ُم َِا َّ ِبوت و ِل‬
‫المػظ ِم‬
glorified, holy servant of Allah.

Peace be upon you, O aunt of dignified,
holy servant of Allah.

misfortunes; Zaynab.

Peace be upon you—the virtuous,
rightly guided one!

Peace be upon you—the perfect,
knowledgeable good-doer.

Peace be upon you—the noble
gentlewoman.

Peace be upon you—the pious,
infallible one.

Peace be upon you—who showed her
love for al-Husayn; the wronged,
ُ‫دِدة َو َثصمو‬ٍَ ‫فُ َمٍار َد َغ‬

َ‫لٍب َمع‬ ُ‫المصر َل َة للك‬
ُ ِ َ َ َ
ِ
ِ َ َ ِ ُّ َ ‫ائب‬‫ػ‬ ‫الم‬
‫الت ظدِد ٍة‬ ٍ ‫ثصم‬
in many situations and had to suffer
awful heartbreaking misfortunes.

‫الشالم غلّ َ ِم ِا م ُن ش ِفظ ِت‬ َ)‫زيارة سيدة زينب (ع‬

ُ‫اإلمام فُ ِ َ ِ ٍْم غاظٍراء ف‬ َ
َ‫الكجل‬
Peace be upon you—who guarded the
Imam on the Day of Ashura when he
was killed,

َ َ ْ َ َ َ
‫وبذلت هفشٌا َفُ هر ٔ ِاة ْ َز ِِن‬

َ‫س اظك‬ ‫ل‬ِ ‫مر‬ ُ‫ف‬ َ
‫دِن‬ ‫ب‬ ‫ا‬ َ
‫الػ‬
ِ ْٔ ِ
‫ّاء‬ِ ‫األظ ِك‬
and sacrificed her soul for the salvation
of Zayn al-Abidin at the gathering of
the most wretched one (i.e.
Ubaydullah ibn Ziyad),

ْ ُ َ ْ َ َ َ َ
‫لّي‬
ِ َ ‫لُ ُغ‬ ‫غ‬
ٍ َِ ‫ق‬‫ط‬ ‫و‬ ‫ه‬ ‫ت‬ َ ‫ك‬ ‫ط‬ ‫ه‬ ‫و‬

‫الشالم َفُ ِصن ِم ٔالن ٍَف ِة‬ َّ
ْ ٌ
‫وشٍلٌا ه دّر ِمن األغد ِاء‬ َ َ َ
and addressed a speech, just like
(Imam) Ali's, in the streets of Kufa
despite the presence of her enemies
ْ‫الش َال ُم َغ َل ّْ ِم ِا َم ْن َه َط َصت‬
َّ
ْ‫المص َمو ْإذ َ ٔرات‬ْ ‫بّوٌا ب ُم َك َّدم‬َ ‫َز‬

‫راس صّ ِد الطٌد ِاء‬
Peace be upon you—who thrust her
forehead with the front part of the
howdah, when she saw the severed
head of the Chief of Martyrs (i.e. Imam
al-Husayn),

and caused blood to flow from beneath
her veil and from the howdah in the
view of the enemies.

Peace be upon you, O the

be upon you, O you who were tested
through patience against misfortunes,
like that of al-Husayn the oppressed.

Peace be upon you who are far away
from you home.

Peace be upon you who were wandered
as captive in cities.
ُ‫الش َال ُم َغ َل ّْم َا َِّ ُج ٌَا ُالم َج َص ّّ َرة‬

‫فُ خراب ِة الط ِام‬
Peace be upon you when you were
bewildered in that ruined place in
Syria
ُ‫الش َال ُم َغ َل ّْم َا َِّ ُج ٌَا ُالم َج َص ّّ َرة‬
َّ
َ
ّ‫فُ ُول ٍِف ِم َغلَ ز َش ِد َص ِّد‬ ِ ُ
‫داء‬
ِ ٌ‫الط‬ َ ُّ
Peace be upon you when you were
bewildered as you stood by the
(severed) body of the Chief of Martyrs
‫هللا‬ َ َ َّ َ ْ َ َ
ِ َ ّ ‫َ ّوخاط ُب َِت َ زد َ ٓ ِك ر َصٍل‬
‫غلَ هللا غلّي والي بٌذا ِالود ِاء‬
and called at your grandfather; the
Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless
him and his family, saying,
َ َّ ُ َ َ َ ْ َ َ
!‫"غلَ غلّم مال ِئنة الشم ِاء‬َٰ َّ َ
"Oh, Muhammad! May the angels in the
Heavens bless you! This is Husayn
under the open sky!
َ‫ " َِا ُم َص َّم ُد! ًَٰذا‬:‫َول َالت‬
َ َ
ُ‫ُش َش ّْ ٌن ث ْش ِفُ َغل ّْ ِي رِس‬
ِ َ َّ
،‫الػبا‬
You also said, "O Muhammad! This is
Husayn! Winds are blowing his body!
َ‫ َلجّو‬،‫الراس من َالكفا‬
ٔ َّ َ ُ ْ)‫زيارة سيدة زينب (ع‬
ِ َ ْ َ ُ َ ْ ُ ِ َ ِ ‫مرذوذ‬ ْ َ
‫ واشزهاى غلّم ِا‬.‫الب َغا‬ ٔ ِ ‫ألد‬
ِ ‫و‬ ‫ا‬

".‫ابا غب ِد هللا‬
His head is cut off from the back! He is
being killed by the sons of the
wrongdoers! Oh, for my grief for you,
Abu Abdullah!

Peace be upon you whose heart cried
out for al-Husayn; the oppressed, the
stripped, and the thrown on dust,

ُ‫ ٔ" ِباب‬:‫زِن‬ ‫ش‬ ‫ٍت‬

ٍُ ُ َ ِ ْ َ َ ‫ػ‬ ‫ب‬ ‫ت‬ ‫ال‬‫ول‬
ُ‫ ِبا َب‬،ٔ ‫شُ ل َي ِالفداء‬ َّ ‫ف‬ ُ ‫ه‬ ‫ن‬ ُ ‫م‬ َ
‫َ ِبابُ من‬،َ‫ض‬ ّ ُ ‫ل‬ َ ‫شج‬
َ ُ ‫ٍم‬
َ َ ‫ٌم‬ ‫الم‬
".‫الدماء‬ ِ ‫ظّبجي ث ِكطر ِب‬
and you said in a sad tone, "May my
father be sacrificed for the one for
whom I may sacrifice my soul! Oh, for
him who was depressed until he
passed away!

،َ‫ٍم ُشجَ َ لض‬ ‫ٌم‬ ‫الم‬ ُ‫ب‬

Oh, for him who had been thirsty until
he departed life! Oh, for him whose
beard is dropping blood!"

َ‫َالش ٔالم غلََ من ب َن َت غ َ ّل‬
َ
َُ ‫َزش ِد ا ِخٌّا ُب ُّّن الكجلَ شج‬َ
ّ‫بنَ ُلبنا ِئٌا هو َغ ِدِق َو َغدو‬
ٍ ٍ
Peace be upon her who wept for the
(severed) body of her brother among
the killed ones so painfully that every
one—whether friend or even enemy
َ َ ُ
ُ َّ ‫ر‬ٔ َ َ
‫ّو‬ ‫الخ‬ ‫مٍع‬ ‫د‬

ِ َ َ َ َ ُ َ َ ‫اس‬ ‫الو‬ ‫ى‬ ‫ا‬ ‫و‬ ،
َ‫ٍاف ِرًا غل‬
ِ ‫ثوص ِدر غ َّلَ ْش‬
‫الجص ِك ِّق‬
wept for her and, moreover, people, as
it is proved by authenticated
narrations, saw even horses shed
tears, which flew on their legs.

َ‫زم َػ ْت فُ َغ ْػ ِر َغ ُاظٍراء‬ َ ‫َو‬

Peace be upon her who took the
responsibility of gathering and
guarding the daughters of the
Messenger of Allah
َ‫لامت لٌا‬ ُ
َ ‫َواطفال الصشّن َو‬
َ ٔ
َ ّ َِ َ ُ ِ َ
‫ّن‬ ‫فل‬ ‫الط‬
ِ
ِ َ َ َ َ ِ ‫ة‬ِ ‫ٌاد‬ ‫ظ‬ ُ‫ف‬ ‫ة‬ ‫ّام‬ ‫الك‬
‫ّن‬ِ ‫ظلٍم‬ ‫الم‬ ‫ّن‬ ‫رِب‬‫الغ‬
and the children of al-Husayn on the
afternoon of the day of Ashura, and
she stirred up the situation when the
two oppressed, strange children were
martyred.

Peace be upon her whose eyes did not
sleep so as to guard the family of the
Messenger of Allah at Taff of Nineveh,
ً َ َ ً َ
َ ‫َو َغ َارت ا‬
َ‫صّرة ذلّلة ِبّ ِد‬
ْٔ
‫داء‬
ِ ‫األغ‬
and was taken as captive as she was
humiliated at the hands of her
enemies.
ً‫الش َال ُم َغلَ َمن َره َب ْت َبػّرا‬
َّ
َٔ َ ٔ َ َ َِ َ
‫طاء وهادت ّا َخاًا ابا‬
ٍ ْ ‫ِبغ ِّر ِ َو‬
َ
‫الفض ِو بٌذا ِالوداء‬
Peace be upon her who had to ride a
saddleless camel and then called on
her brother Abu'l-Fadhl (al-Abbas),
saying,
َّ َ ْ ٔ ْ َ َ ٔ ٔ
‫ ا ُهت الذي‬،‫ٔ"ا َ ِخ َُ ابا ْ ٔالفض ُِو‬

‫دت الخروج ِمن‬ ‫ر‬َ ‫ا‬ ‫إذ‬ ُ‫و‬ ‫ج‬‫ب‬ْ ‫ه‬‫ر‬ْ ‫ا‬

"‫المدِو ِة‬َ
"O brother! O Abu'l-Fadhl! It was you
who helped me ride on a camel when I
left Medina."
ْ َ َ َ َ
ُ‫الشالم غ ُلَ َ من خ ْطبت ف‬َ ُ َ َّ
َ‫َمّدان النٍف ِة ِبخط َب ٍة ِهافػ ٍة‬
ِ
Peace be upon her who addressed a
remarkably expressive speech at the
center of Kufa
ُ ْٔ َ َ َ ّ َ
‫شجَ صنُو ّ ِت األغٍات ِمن‬
‫هاش ٍّة‬
ِ ‫ه ِو‬
that she made all voices keep silent (to
listen to her with astonishment)
ْ َّ َ ْ َ
َ
ُ‫َ الشالم ْغلَ من اشج ْر َت َ ف‬ ُ َ )‫زيارة سيدة زينب (ع‬
َّ
ٍ ‫س َاب ِ َن ِز َ ٍِاد ِباشج َراز‬
‫ات‬ ِ َ ‫ل‬ ِ ‫ر‬ ‫م‬
‫ت فُ زٍا ِبي‬ َ ‫لال‬ ‫و‬ ‫ة‬
ّ ٍ َ ‫ص‬ ‫اض‬ ِ ‫و‬

Peace be upon her who said clear-cut
arguments in the gathering of
(Ubaydullah) Ibn Ziyad who said to
her,

ُ‫ابن ِز ٍِاد ِلز َِو َب َصالم‬
ُ ‫إذ لال‬ َ َ ْ
ْ‫ّف َ َرا ِْ ِت ُغو َع‬ َ َ

َ ‫ "ه‬:‫هللا َغل ٌَّا‬
ُ ٔ ِ
"‫ّن؟‬ِ ‫ش‬ َ ‫الص‬ ‫خّم‬
ِ ‫با‬ ‫هللا‬
ِ
"How did you see that which Allah had
done to your brother?"
ً َ ّ ُ ْ َ َ َ َ َ
".‫ "ما راِت ِإأل ز ِمّال‬:‫" لالت‬
Answering him, she said with honest
evidences, "I saw nothing but good!"
ْ ٔ ً َ َ ْ َ َ ُ َ َّ
‫الشالم غلّ ِم َِا اصّرة ِ ٔب ْاِدي‬ٔ

‫لٍات وراِ ِت‬ ِ ّ ‫داء ٔ ْفُ الف‬ ْ
ِ ‫األغ‬
‫اً ِو الط ِام‬
Peace be upon you who had to be
imprisoned by the enemies under an
open sky, and had to see people of
Syria
ُّ َ َ َ
‫ّض والشرو ِر‬ ‫الػ‬
ِّ ْ َ ‫ة‬ِ ‫ال‬‫ش‬ ُ‫ف‬
‫اِات‬
ِ ‫وهط ِر الر‬
celebrate (the martyrdom of her
brother) with pleasure, joy, and raised
flags
ُ‫الصبو‬َ ‫الش َال ُم غلَ َمن ُظ َّد‬
َّ
َ
‫اإلمام ز ِِن‬ ‫ق‬‫و‬ُ ‫غ‬ُ ‫و‬َ ‫ًا‬‫د‬ ُ
‫ض‬ َ
‫غ‬ َ‫ل‬‫غ‬َ
ِ َِ َ ِ
‫الػا ِبدِن‬
Peace be upon her who was tied with a
rope on the arm and the neck of Imam
Zayn al-Abidin,
ً‫طر َه َفرا‬ َ َّ َ
َ ‫َوادخلًٍا م َع ِصجة َغ‬ُ َ َ
َ ٓ
‫هللا‬
ِ ‫صٍل‬ ِ ‫ر‬ ‫ل‬ ‫ا‬
ِ ِ ‫ن‬ ‫م‬
and she, along with sixteen persons
from the family of the Messenger of
Allah,
‫دِد‬ َ َ َّ َ ُ َ َ ُ َ ُ َ
ِ ‫وًم هاأل َصر ِاء مكر َهّن ِبالص‬
،‫ظلٍمّن‬ ِ ‫م‬
was forced to enter (the session of
Yazid) while they were enchained with
iron fetters
َ َ
‫ّن غل ِّي‬ َ
‫ش‬ ُ
‫الص‬ ُ
‫بن‬ ُّ
ُ ‫ل‬ َ
‫غ‬ َ
‫ال‬ َ
‫ل‬ ‫و‬َ
ِ َ َ ُ َ َّ ِ
" :‫الشالم ِلّزِد‬
Meanwhile, Ali ibn al-Husayn (Imam
Zayn al-Abidin) said to Yazid,
َ
‫هللا‬ ُ َ ُّ َ ُ َ َ
ِ َ ‫ٍل‬ ‫ص‬ ‫ر‬ ‫ب‬ ‫م‬ ‫و‬

ِ َٓ َ ِ ٓ َ َ َ ُ ّ َ‫ظ‬ ‫ما‬ ‫زِد‬ِ ‫ا‬ِ "
َ‫هللا غل ِّي َوا ِ َل ِي لٍ راها غل‬
َ َ ‫ل‬ ‫غ‬
"‫ً ِذى الصال ِة؟‬
―What if the Messenger of Allah sees us
in such a manner? What will be his
impression?‖
َ َ
ُ
ُ‫خ َّم لالت ا ُّم َالمػا ِئ ِب زِوب‬ َ َ ُ
ُّ َ َ ْ َ ُّ َ َ َ ً َ ُ َ
‫ "لائال َألًل ًٍا واصجٌلٍا‬:‫لي‬
‫فرشا‬ َ
Then, Lady Zaynab; mother of
misfortunes, said to Yazid after he had
poetized, "(Had my forefather whom
were killed at the Battle of Badr
witnessed this,) they would have been
very much delighted.
‫ْ‬ ‫َ‬ ‫ُ‬ ‫ُ‬
‫)‪Ziyarat of lady Zaynab (S.A‬‬
‫َ‬ ‫َ‬ ‫ُ‬ ‫َ‬ ‫ُ‬

‫زيارة سيدة زينب (ع)‬
‫َّ‬
‫ُ ْ َخم ًل َال ٍَا ِ َا َِ ِ َز َِد أل ث َ ْطو‪،‬‬
‫مو َج َِ ْصّا غل ََّ َخ ُواِا اَ ِب ُّ غ َب َِد ِ‬
‫هللا‪،‬‬
‫اب‬ ‫ب‬ ‫ظ‬ ‫د‬‫ِ‬ ‫ّ‬ ‫ص‬ ‫‪،‬‬ ‫م‬
‫َ ْ َ َّ َ ْ ِ ُ ُ َ ِ‬ ‫ال‬ ‫الش‬ ‫ي‬ ‫ِ‬ ‫ّ‬ ‫ل‬‫غ‬
‫الر َو ِة َثون جٌا‬
‫َ‬ ‫ْ‬ ‫و‬‫ِ‬ ‫ً‬ ‫ا‬
‫ِب ِمخػرِثم؟"‬
‫‪then they‘d have said, ―May your‬‬
‫‪hands, O Yazid, never be paralyzed‬‬
ََُّ ‫ " َو َلئ ْن َز َر ْت َغل‬:‫ُخ َّم َلالت‬
ِ
َ ‫َّالد َواًُ ُم َخ‬
ُّ‫ إ ِه‬،‫اط َب َج َم‬
َ َ ْ َ ِ َ
ُ‫أل ْصج ْػ ِغ ُر لد َر َك َوا ْصج ْػ ِظم‬َ َ
How dare you hit the lips of Abu
‗Abdillah (a), the Master of the Youths
of Paradise?― She then said,
"Although calamities have forced me
to speak to you,
َ َ ْ َ ْ
ُ َ ْ
،‫َثك ِرِػم واصجن ِدر ثٍ ِبّخ ُم‬َ َ َ َ ْ َ
ُ‫الػدور‬
ُّ ‫ٍن َغ ْب َرى َو‬ ُ ُّ ‫ل ِنن ُالػ‬
َّ َ ِ
.‫شرى‬
I see you trivial in my eyes and find
your verbal attacks great and I regard
your rebuke too much to bear, but the
eyes are tearful, and the chests are
filled with depression.
ْ َ َ
َ ْ ُّ ُ ُ َ َ َ َ
‫األ ف ْالػرب ه ُّو َالػر ِبْ ِلكج ِو‬

َ
‫هللا الورب ُّ ِ َاء َ ِب ِصز ِب‬
َِ ْ َّ ‫ِشز ِب‬
!‫الطّط ِان الطلك ِاء‬
What is even stranger is that the
honored Party of Allah is being killed
by the Party of the ‗Released ones‘—
Party of Shaitan.
َ‫َو َل ِئن َّاث َخ ْذ َث َوا َم ْغ َو ًما َل َجر ُدها‬
ِ
ّ‫ّن أل َثر ُد األ‬ َ ً َ ْ ُ ً ِ َ
ِ ِ َ َ َ ‫ّنا م َغ َّر َما ْ ِش‬ َ
‫و ِظ‬
،‫ما لدمت ِداك‬
If you regard us as your booty, you
shall soon find us as your
opponents—that will be when you find
nothing but what your hands had
committed,
َْ َّ َ َ ُّ َ َ َ
﴾‫َ﴿ َوما ربم ِبظ ْ َال ٍ َم ِللػ ِب َ ِّد‬

ْ‫هللا ُالمطجنَ َو َغلّ ِي‬ ِ َ ‫إل‬ ‫ف‬
.‫خاء‬ َّ
ِ ‫الطد ِة والر‬ َّ ّ ُ َّ َ ُ
ِ ُ‫المػٍل ف‬
―And your Lord never treats His
servants unjustly.(41:46(‖ To Allah is
my complaint, and upon Him do I rely.
َ‫َف ِن ْد َه ّْ َد َك َو ْاص َع َص ْػ َّم‬
‫هللا أل‬ َ َ َ َ ْ َ ْ َ َ
ِ ٍ‫ب ُز ٌَ َّدك ْ! َ َف‬ ْ َ ‫اغ‬
ِ ‫ه‬ ‫و‬
‫ثمصٍن ِذهرها‬
So scheme whatever you wish to
scheme, and carry out your plots, and
intensify your efforts, for, by Allah,
you shall never be able to obliterate
our mention,
ُ‫ّت َو ْش َّ َوا َوأل ُث ْدرك‬

ُ ‫َوأل ُثم‬
َِ َ َ َ ْ َ ُ َ ْ َ ِ َ َ َ َ َ
.‫امدها وأل ثرخع غوم غارًا‬
nor will you ever be able to kill the
revelation (that was revealed to us),
nor will you ever exalt to our position,
nor will your shame ever be washed
away.
ّ‫َو ًَ ْو َ ِرا ُِ َم ّإأل َف َو ٌد َو ٔا َِّ ُام َم إأل‬
ٌ َ َ ّ
‫ ِا ِزِد‬.‫ٔغدد وزمػم إأل بدد‬ َ ُ ْ َ َ ٌ َ َ
:َ‫اما صمػت لٍل هللا ثػال‬
Your view shall be proven futile, your
days limited in number, and your
wealth wasted on the Day when the
caller calls out,
ُ ُ َ
َّ َّ َ َ ْ َ َ َ
ُ‫﴿وأل ثص َّشب َ ْن ال ِ ًذ َِنْ ل ِ َجل ٍْا ِف‬

ٌ‫ّو الل ِي ام ٍَاثا بو اش َّاء‬ ِ ‫ب‬ ِ ‫ص‬ َ
َ ُ َ ْ
﴾.‫ِغود ر ِب ٌِم ِرزلٍن‬ ُ ْ ّ َ َ ْ
―Think not of those, who are slain in the
way of Allah as dead; they are alive
(and) are provided sustenance from
their Lord‖. )3:169)
َّ َ َ َ ْ ّ َ ُ ْ َ َ
‫ف َ َالصم َد َ ِهلل ر ِب الػ َال ِمّن ْال ِذي‬
َّ ‫خج َم ِأل َّو ِلوا ِب‬
َ‫الش َػاد ِة َو َالمغ ِفر ِة‬
All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the
Worlds, Who sealed the life of our
early ones with happiness and
forgiveness,
َ ْ َّ َ
َ َ َّ َ ٓ َ
،‫الط ٌَ ْاد ِ ُة ْو َالرشَم ِة‬ ‫ب‬ِ ‫ا‬ُ ‫ه‬ ‫ر‬

َ ِ ‫خ‬ِ ‫أل‬ِ ‫و‬
ُ‫َو َه ْشال هللا ان ِن ِمو ل ٌُم‬
َ
َ‫َّالد ٍَ َاب َو ٍُِز َب َل ٌُ ُم َالمزِد‬
ِ ِ
and that of our last ones with
martyrdom and mercy. We plead to
Allah to complete His rewards for
them, grant them an increase
َ ‫َو ُِ ْصش ُن َغ َل ّْ َوا الخ‬
َّ‫الف َة؛ إه ُي‬
ِ ِ
ُ‫ َو َش ْش ُب َوا هللا‬،‫َر ِش ٌّم َو ُد ٌود‬
ُ َ ُ
. ‫و ِهػم الٍ ِهّو‬ ْ َ
and recompense us pleasingly; He is
the most Merciful, the most
Compassionate. Allah suffices us, and
He is the best Guardian.

‫وغلَ َّ هللا غلَ َّمصم ٍد وا ِل ِي‬
َ ّ
‫الط ِّ ِبّن الط ِاً ِرِن‬
May Allah bless Muhammad and his
Pure, Immaculate Household

‫اللٌم غ ِو غ َلَ مصم ٍد و ا ِل‬
َّ‫ُمصم ٍد‬
O' Allāh send Your blessings on
Muhammad
and the family of Muhammad.
