Conclusion

Kaagapay: Kasanayan at Trabaho para sa Kabataan is a program that will benefit the
youth and develop human resources. A training aligned with their skills for fresh graduate from
both junior and senior high school, college drop-outs, OYS or (Out of School Youth), and
reviewers for board exam that is seeking for experiences, enhance their skills in the field by
choice, and legal certification for a job. Partnership with TESDA (Technical Education and Skills
Development Authority) that will give assistance to the participant of this program for the training
to be “free” and practical. The city government seeks to create job opportunities tailored to
specific skills, background and expertise of the younger generation.

These are programs that provide young people with a wide range of employment
opportunities by connecting them directly to different employers. Associated with industries,
agencies and organization that will assist them in preparing resume and job interviews for their
application and secure employment. The residents of the Nueva Esperanza are the qualified
participant for this program in developing their skill by undergoing a free training that will provide
job opportunities to the youth.

sufficient training and seminars that must be provided to hone and improve the younger
generation’s knowledge and performance in the workplace.

private organizations who exemplified excellence in leadership.

Nueva Esperanza means new hope; these ordinances, if implemented in a


particular city or municipality, could offer change and thus elucidates a progressive
change and hope within the community and eventually the nation.
