multifunctional or has a hybrid purpose. Describe it, explain whether it is appealing to you, and

Thesis statement: Introduce the place → why it is the third place for many people
The multifunctional local coffee shop in Tan An city- “Nha Cua Tho” is considered the third
place because of its certain features.

Body para 1: The overall design of this coffee shop is special, captivating and open.
Supporting details:
+ This third place is a speacial combination of many kinds ranging from a library, a play room, a
garden, and a coffee shop.
+ When you walk into this third place, you first see the gate decorated with flowers, which
makes this coffee shop so close to the nature.
+ Walls are painted white with the decoration of colorful rugs, suggesting an minimalistic
theme.
+ Pictures are taken by some of the best photographs who are the contestants in the “who is the
best photographer?” contest held in this coffeehouse monthly. These pictures are changed
monthly according to the topic and the season.
+ Large picture windows look out over the a lovely rooftop garden, giving the place an opening
and welcoming atmosphere. These windows also reduce the need of artificial lighting.
+ There is no barriers between tables and the tables are not far away from each other. Customers
are allowed to move tables together for small-group discussions or more isolated reading and
studying.

books can be borrowed in the library or logging in at home. Databases of newspapers and
academic articles are also available here.
+ It is an open area for everyone who likes to interact and create a big community in a certain
fields like education, fashion, reading, and etc. It is due to the fact that it can be used to serve
different purposes. This means people who have different interests can come here and enjoy
their own space.

Body para 3: Despite its interesting features, there are some problems which can be alleviated
by appropriate measures.

+ One small difficulty is that the electric outlets in the reading area are all located along the
walls, which means that most users cannot charge their budgets. Thus, more outlets should be
put near these reading areas and around the place, with the possibility of new high-tech charging
mats on the armrests of the chairs on the future.
+ Patrons who are not yet familiar with digital resources may also encouter problems using the
new technology. Therefore, There should be more instruction boards which will be put nere
where people need to use the technological devices. Besides, the staff here could also do more
to anticipate the needs of patrons who are new to digital librabries.

The coffee shop is an outstanding third place which may leave customers a good impression
because of its unique design and ideas when they come into. It is where to connect people who
tend to be teeming with their work, be under pressure with the hectic lifestyles or who love the
