RE: DEFICIENCY NOTICE

SIR:

Pursuant to the Request for Inspection from the NTC Central Office, Engr. Ser Kenneth
P. Cerado, Engr. Kennedy V. Meniado, and Engr. Jason L. Lodrico conducted an
inspection/investigation on your establishment on December 20, 2021. The inspection yielded
the following finding/s:

 ILLEGAL OPERATION;
 ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION OF RADIO EQUIPMENT;
 ILLEGAL PURCHASE/POSSESSION OF RADIO EQUIPMENT;
 EXPIRED PERMIT/LICENSE;

As such, you are duly notified that operating a Broadcast Station without licenses,
permits and other requisites is a violation of law and pertinent rules promulgated by the
commission.

Likewise, consider this notice as an order for immediate compliance within ten (10) days
from receipt hereof, with the payment of the appropriate administrative fine. Failure to comply
within the prescribed period will warrant the filing of proper administrative case, the issuance of
Cease and Desist Order, and other legal remedies.
