CONTRACT OF SALE/AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This CONTRACT OF SALE, made and entered into this ____ day of
_________, ______ in Molave, Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines, by and
between:

       _________________, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of

__________________________ and
_________________, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of
______________________________________, herein referred to as the
“VENDORS”;

- AND -

        __________________________, of legal age, married, Filipino and

with residence and postal address at __________________________
hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE. 

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the parties herein agreed that the above-mentioned

VENDORS will SELL and CONVEY unto the said VENDEE their rights and/or
share _________________;

WHEREAS, in the event of the passing away of our mother in the

future, who is the registered owner of the parcel of land, the said VENDORS
herein WAIVED their rights and/or shares in favor of the VENDEE her heirs
or assigns.

NOW THEREFORE, and in consideration of the amount of

______________________________ hereby cedes and transfers
absolutely unto the said vendee their rights and/or share of the rice field as
well as their turns in the harvest/cropping.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: This contract shall be valid unto the

parties as well as their heirs or assigns.
