‫ﻧﺼﻴﺤﺔ ﻟﻠﻨﺴﺎﺀ‬

‫ﺍﳊﻤﺪ ﷲ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﺃﻧﺰﻝ ﺍﻟﻜﺘﺎﺏ ﻭﱂ ﳚﻌﻞ ﻟﻪ ﻋﻮﺟﺎ‪ ،‬ﻭﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻼﻡ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻦ ﺃﹸﻧﺰﻝ‬
‫ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﺬﻛﺮ ﻟﻴﺒﻴ‪‬ﻦ ﻟﻠﻨﺎﺱ ﻣﺎ ﻧﺰ‪‬ﻝ ﺇﻟﻴﻬﻢ‪ ،‬ﺳﻴﺪﻧﺎ ﻭﻣﻮﻻﻧﺎ ﳏﻤﺪ ﻭﺁﻟﻪ ﻭﺻﺤﺒﻪ ﻭﺧﺪﳝﻪ ﻭﻣﻦ‬
‫ﺗﺒﻌﻬﻢ ﺑﺈﺣﺴﺎﻥ ﺇﱃ ﻳﻮﻡ ﺍﻟﺪﻳﻦ‪ ،‬ﻭﺑﻌﺪ‪:‬‬

‫ﻓﺎﻟﻘﺮﺁﻥ ﺍﻟﻜﺮﱘ ﻫﻮ ﺩﺳﺘﻮﺭ ﺍﳌﺴﻠﻤﲔ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﱂ ﻳﺘﺮﻙ ﺷﻴﺌﺎ ﳛﺘﺎﺝ ﺇﱃ ﺍﻟﺘﺒﻴﺎﻥ ﰲ ﺍﻷﻣﻮﺭ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺪﻧﻴﻮﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻷﺧﺮﻭﻳﺔ ﺇﻻ ﻭﺃﻣﺎﻁ ﻋﻨﻪ ﺍﻟﻠﺜﺎﻡ‪ ،‬ﺣﻴﺚ ﻗﺎﻝ ﺗﻌﺎﱃ‪) :‬ﻭﻧﺰﻟﻨﺎ ﻋﻠﻴﻚ ﺍﻟﻜﺘﺎﺏ ﺗﺒﻴﺎﻧﺎ‬
‫ﻟﻜﻞ ﺷﻲﺀ ﻭﻫﺪﻯ ﻭﺭﲪﺔ ﻭﺑﺸﺮﻯ ﻟﻠﻤﺴﻠﻤﲔ(‪ ] ،‬ﺍﻟﻨﺤﻞ‪ ،‬ﺍﻵﻳﺔ‪ .[89 :‬ﻛﻤﺎ ﺃﻧﻪ ﻫﻮ‬
‫ﺍﳌﺼﺪﺭ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ ﻟﻠﺘﺸﺮﻳﻊ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻣﻲ‪ ،‬ﻓﻴﺘﺤﺘ‪‬ﻢ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻛﻞ ﻣﺴﻠﻢ ﺍﻟﺮﺟﻮﻉ ﺇﻟﻴﻪ ﰲ ﻣﻌﺮﻓﺔ ﺍﻷﺣﻜﺎﻡ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻋﻴﺔ‪.‬‬

‫ﰒ ﺇﱃ ﺍﻟﺴﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﺒﻮﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﱵ ﻫﻲ ﺍﳌﺼﺪﺭ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﱐ ﻟﻠﺘﺸﺮﻳﻊ ﺍﳌﹸﺒﻴ‪‬ﻦ ﳌﺎ ﺃﲨﻠﻪ ﺍﻟﻘﺮﺁﻥ‪ ،‬ﺣﻴﺚ ﻗﺎﻝ‬
‫ﺗﻌﺎﱃ ﻟﻨﺒﻴﻪ – ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ‪ ):-‬ﻭﺃﻧﺰﻟﻨﺎ ﺇﻟﻴﻚ ﺍﻟﺬﻛﺮ ﻟﺘﺒﲔ ﻟﻠﻨﺎﺱ ﻣﺎ ﻧﺰ‪‬ﻝ ﺇﻟﻴﻬﻢ‬
‫ﻭﻟﻌﻠﻬﻢ ﻳﺘﻔﻜﺮﻭﻥ(‪ ] .‬ﺍﻟﻨﺤﻞ‪ ،‬ﺍﻵﻳﺔ‪.[44:‬‬

‫ﻭﻋﻠﻴﻪ‪ ،‬ﻓﺎﳌﻮﺿﻮﻉ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻧﻮﺩ ﺃﻥ ﻧﺴﻠﻂ ﺍﻟﻀﻮﺀ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﰲ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺴﻄﻮﺭ – ﻭﻫﻮ ﻇﺎﻫﺮﺓ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺘﱪﺝ ‪ -‬ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻉ ﲢﺪﺙ ﻋﻨﻪ ﺍﻟﻘﺮﺁﻥ ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﺒﻮﻳﺔ‪ ،‬ﰒ ﻓﺼ‪‬ﻞ ﻓﻴﻪ ﻋﻠﻤﺎﺅﻧﺎ ﺍﳉﻬﺎﺑﺬﺓ ﺍﻟﺬﻳﻦ‬
‫ﳍﻢ ﺃﻫﻠﻴﺔ ﺍﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻁ ﺍﻷﺣﻜﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻋﻴﺔ ﺗﻔﺼﻴﻼ‪ ،‬ﺇﱃ ﺃﻥ ﻭﺻﻞ ﺍﻷﻣﺮ ﺇﱃ ﺷﻴﺨﻨﺎ ﺍ‪‬ﺪﺩ ﻭﺣﻴﺪ‬
‫ﻋﺼﺮﻩ ﻭﻓﺮﻳﺪ ﺩﻫﺮﻩ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ ﺍﳋﺪﱘ – ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻪ‪ -‬ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﺳﻨﻌﺘﻤﺪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻛﺘﺎﺑﺎﺗﻪ ﻭﻭﺻﺎﻳﺎﻩ‬
‫ﰲ ﺗﻨﺎﻭﻝ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻌﺠﺎﻟﺔ ﺃﻛﺜﺮ؛ ﺑﻐﻴﺔ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺍﻷﻣﺮ ﻭﺍﺿﺤﺎ ﰲ ﺃﺫﻫﺎﻥ ﻣﻦ ﻳﺪ‪‬ﻋﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﻪ‬
‫ﲟﺒﺎﻳﻌﺘﻪ ﲰﻌﺎ ﻭﻃﺎﻋﺔ ﻭﺑﺎﳋﺼﻮﺹ ﺍﻟﻨﺴﺎﺀ‪.‬‬

‫ﻟﻘﺪ ﺍﻋﺘﲎ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻡ ﻛﺜﲑﺍ ﺑﺼﻴﺎﻧﺔ ﻛﺮﺍﻣﺔ ﺍﳌﺮﺃﺓ ﻭﺍﶈﺎﻓﻈﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺣﻘﻮﻗﻬﺎ ﻭﻭﺍﺟﺒﺎ‪‬ﺎ ‪،‬‬
‫ﻭﻭﺿﻌﻬﺎ ﰲ ﺍﳌﻘﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻼﺋﻖ ‪‬ﺎ‪ ،‬ﻛﻤﺎ ﺣﺚ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺇﺑﻌﺎﺩﻫﺎ ﳑﺎ ﻳﺸﻴﻨﻬﺎ ﺃﻭ ﳜﺪﺵ ﻛﺮﺍﻣﺘﻬﺎ‬
‫ﻭﺣﺸﻤﺘﻬﺎ‪ ،‬ﻟﺬﻟﻚ ﺣﺮﻡ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﺍﳋﻠﻮﺓ ﺑﺎﻷﺟﻨﱯ ﻭ‪‬ﺎﻫﺎ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﺴﻔﺮ ﺑﺪﻭﻥ ﳏﺮﻡ‪ ،‬ﻭﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﺘﱪ‪‬ﺝ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﺫﻡ ﺍﷲ ﺑﻪ ﺍﳉﺎﻫﻠﻴﺔ ﻟﻜﻮﻧﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺳﺒﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻔﺘﻨﺔ ﻭﺗﺮﻭﻳﺞ ﺍﻟﻔﺎﺣﺸﺔ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﺍﻟﺘﱪ‪‬ﺝ ﻫﻮ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻈﻬﺮ ﺍﳌﺮﺃﺓ ﻟﻠﺮﺟﺎﻝ ﺍﻷﺟﺎﻧﺐ ﻏﲑ ﳏﺎﺭﻣﻬﺎ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻮﺟﺐ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻉ ﺃﻥ‬
‫ﺗﺴﺘﺮﻩ ﻣﻦ ﺯﻳﻨﺘﻬﺎ ﻭﳏﺎﺳﻨﻬﺎ ﻭﺑﺪ‪‬ﺎ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﰲ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺩ ﻳﻘﻮﻝ ﺗﻌﺎﱃ‪ ) :‬ﻭﻗﺮﻥ ﰲ ﺑﻴﻮﺗﻜﻦ ﻭﻻ ﺗﱪﺟﻦ ﺗﱪﺝ ﺍﳉﺎﻫﻠﻴﺔ ﺍﻷﻭﱃ( ]‬
‫ﺍﻷﺣﺰﺍﺏ‪ ،‬ﺍﻵﻳﺔ‪ ،[33:‬ﻛﻤﺎ ﻓﺮ‪‬ﺽ ﺃﻳﻀﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﳌﺮﺃﺓ ﺍﳊﺠﺎﺏ ﳌﺎ ﰲ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻣﻦ ﺻﻴﺎﻧﺔ ﳍﺎ‪،‬‬
‫ﻭﻃﻬﺎﺭﺓ ﻗﻠﻮﺏ ﺍﳉﻤﻴﻊ‪ ،‬ﻓﻘﺎﻝ ﺗﻌﺎﱃ‪) :‬ﻳﺎ ﺃﻳﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻨﱯ ﻗﻞ ﻷﺯﻭﺍﺟﻚ ﻭﺑﻨﺎﺗﻚ ﻭﻧﺴﺎﺀ ﺍﳌﺆﻣﻨﲔ‬
‫ﻳﺪﻧﲔ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﻦ ﻣﻦ ﺟﻼﺑﻴﺒﻬﻦ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺃﺩﱏ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻌﺮﻓﻦ ﻓﻼ ﻳﺆﺫﻳﻦ ﻭﻛﺎﻥ ﺍﷲ ﻏﻔﻮﺭﺍ ﺭﺣﻴﻤﺎ( ]‬
‫ﺍﻷﺣﺰﺍﺏ‪ ،‬ﺍﻵﻳﺔ‪ ،[59:‬ﻭ‪‬ﺎﻫﺎ ﺃﻳﻀﺎ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻻﺧﺘﻼﻁ ﺑﺎﻟﺮﺟﺎﻝ ﺍﻷﺟﺎﻧﺐ ﻭﺍﳋﻀﻮﻉ ﺑﺎﻟﻘﻮﻝ‬
‫ﻋﻨﺪ ﳐﺎﻃﺒﺘﻬﻢ ﺳﺪﺍ ﻷﺳﺒﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻔﺴﺎﺩ ﻭﺍﻟﻔﺘﻨﺔ ﻭﺗﻔﺎﺩﻳﺎ ﻟﻠﻄﻤﻊ ﰲ ﻓﻌﻞ ﺍﻟﻔﺎﺣﺸﺔ‪ ،‬ﻛﻤﺎ ﰲ ﻗﻮﻟﻪ‬
‫ﺗﻌﺎﱃ‪ ) :‬ﻓﻼ ﲣﻀﻌﻦ ﺑﺎﻟﻘﻮﻝ ﻓﻴﻄﻤﻊ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﰲ ﻗﻠﺒﻪ ﻣﺮﺽ ﻭﻗﻠﻦ ﻗﻮﻻ ﻣﻌﺮﻭﻓﺎ( ] ﺍﻷﺣﺰﺍﺏ‪،‬‬
‫ﺍﻵﻳﺔ‪.[32:‬‬

‫ﻭﻗﺪ ﻭﺭﺩﺕ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺴﻨﺔ ﻋﺪ‪‬ﺓ ﺃﺣﺎﺩﻳﺚ ﺗﺪﻝﹼ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺣﺮﻣﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﱪﺝ‪ ،‬ﻭﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﻣﺎ ﺭﻭﺍﻩ ﺳﻠﻴﻤﺎﻥ ﺑﻦ‬
‫ﻳﺴﺎﺭ ﻣﺮﺳﻼ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﻨﱯ – ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ‪ -‬ﻗﺎﻝ‪ ) :‬ﺷﺮ‪ ‬ﻧﺴﺎﺋﻜﻢ ﺍﳌﺘﱪ‪‬ﺟﺎﺕ ﺍﳌﺘﺨﻴﻼﺕ‬
‫ﻭﻫﻦ ﺍﳌﻨﺎﻓﻘﺎﺕ ﻻ ﻳﺪﺧﻞ ﺍﳉﻨﺔ ﻣﻨﻬﻦ ﺇﻻ ﺍﻟﻐﺮﺍﺏ ﺍﻷﻋﺼﻢ (‪ ،‬ﻭﰲ ﺣﺪﻳﺚ ﺁﺧﺮ ﺭﻭﺍﻩ ﺍﳊﺎﻓﻆ‬
‫ﺃﺑﻮ ﻳﻌﻠﻰ ﻋﻦ ﺃﰊ ﻫﺮﻳﺮﺓ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﱯ – ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ‪ -‬ﺃﻧﻪ ﻗﺎﻝ‪ ) :‬ﺍﳌﺨﺘﻠﻌﺎﺕ‬
‫ﻭﺍﳌﺘﱪﺟﺎﺕ ﻫﻦ ﺍﳌﻨﺎﻓﻘﺎﺕ(‪.‬‬

‫ﻓﺸﻴﺨﻨﺎ ﺍﳋﺪﱘ‪ -‬ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻪ‪ -‬ﻛﺎﻥ ﻣﺘﺸﺪ‪‬ﺩﺍ ﰲ ﻣﻨﻊ ﺧﻠﻄﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﺴﺎﺀ ﺑﺎﻟﺮﺟﺎﻝ‪ ،‬ﻓﻠﻢ‬
‫ﻳﻜﻦ ﻳﻘﺒﻠﻬﺎ‪ ،‬ﻭﻣﻦ ﺃﺟﻞ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻳﻔﺼﻞ ﺑﲔ ﺍﳉﻨﺴﲔ ﰲ ﻛﻞ ﺷﻲﺀ ﻭﺧﺼﻮﺻﺎ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺴﻜﲎ‬
‫ﺣﻴﺚ ﻛﺎﻥ ﳜﺼ‪‬ﺺ ﺑﻴﻮﺗﺎ ﳍﻦ ﻭﺃﺧﺮﻯ ﳍﻢ‪ ،‬ﻭﰲ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻳﻘﻮﻝ‪ -‬ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻪ‪:-‬‬

‫ﻭﻻ ﲣــﺎﻟﻄﻲ ﺍﻟﺮﺟــﺎﻝ ﺯﻣﻨــﺎ‬ ‫ﻭﻻ ﺗــﺰﺍﱄ ﺗﺴــﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺍﻟﺒــﺪﻧﺎ‬

‫ـﺎﻟﺘﺨﻤ‪‬ﺮ‬
‫ـﺎ ﺯﻳﻨـﺐ‪ ‬ﺑـ‬
‫ـﻤﻚ‪ ‬ﻳـ‬
‫ﺟﺴـ‬ ‫ﻭﻟﻦ ﺗﻨﺎﱄ ﺍﻟـﺪﻳﻦ ﺣـﱴ ﺗﺴـﺘﺮﻱ‬

‫ﻭﻗﺪ ﺃﻭﺭﺩ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ ﳏﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﲑ ﺍﻣﺒﺎﻛﻲ ﰲ ﻛﺘﺎﺑﻪ " ﻣﻨﻦ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﻗﻲ ﺍﻟﻘﺪﱘ" ﺃﻧﻪ ﳌﹼﺎ ﺭﻏﺒﺖ ﺑﻌﺾ‬
‫ﺍﳌﺮﻳﺪﺍﺕ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺘﱪ‪‬ﻙ ﺑﺈﻣﺎﻣﺘﻪ ﰲ ﺻﻼﺓ ﺍﻟﺘﺮﺍﻭﻳﺢ ﻛﺎﻥ" ﻳﻔﺼﻞ ﺑﻴﻨﻪ ﻭﺑﻴﻨﻬﻦ ﺣﺎﺋﻞ ﻳﺴﻤﻌﻦ ﻣﻨﻪ‬
‫ﺣﺮﻛﺘﻪ ﻭﺻﻮﺗﻪ ﻭ ﻻ ﻳﺮﻳﻦ ﺷﺨﺼﻪ"‪ .3‬ﻛﻤﺎ ﻫﻮ ﺍﻟﺸﺄﻥ ﰲ ﺑﻨﺎﺀ ﻣﺴﺠﺪ ﺟﺮﺑﻞ ﺣﻴﺚ ﺃﻣﺮ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻨﺴﺎﺀ ﺑﻮﺿﻊ ﺍﻷﺣﺠﺎﺭ ﰲ ﻣﻜﺎﻥ‪ ،‬ﰒ ﻳﻨﻘﻠﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺮﺟﺎﻝ ﻣﻦ ﻫﻨﺎﻙ ﺇﱃ ﺍﳌﺴﺠﺪ ﺧﻮﻓﺎ ﻣﻦ‬
‫ﺍﻻﺧﺘﻼﻁ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﻣﻦ ﻇﺎﻫﺮﺓ ﺍﻟﺘﱪﺝ ﻣﺎ ﻧﺮﺍﻩ ﺍﻵﻥ ﰲ ﺍ‪‬ﺘﻤﻊ ﺍﳌﺮﻳﺪﻱ ﻭﻫﻮ ﺃﻥ ﲡﺘﻤﻊ ﻧﺴﺎﺀ ﰲ ﺣﻠﻘﺎﺕ‬
‫ﺑﺎﺧﺘﻼﻁ ﺍﻷﺟﺎﻧﺐ ﻭﻳﻨﺸﺪﻥ ﻗﺼﺎﺋﺪ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ ﺍﳋﺪﱘ‪-‬ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻪ‪ -‬ﺑﺘﻐﻦ‪ ‬ﻭﲢﺴﲔ ﻭﺗﺮﻗﻴﻖ‬
‫ﻟﻠﺼﻮﺕ‪ ،‬ﳑﺎ ﺩﻓﻌﲏ ﻭﺣﻔﺰﱐ ﺇﱃ ﻛﺘﺎﺑﺔ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺴﻄﻮﺭ ﻹﺳﺪﺍﺀ ﺍﻟﻨﺼﺢ ﺇﻟﻴﻬﻦ ﻭﺇﺧﺒﺎﺭﻫﻦ ﺃﻥ‬
‫‪ -1‬ﺳﻌﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﻄﻼﺏ ﻟﻠﺸﻴﺦ ﺍﳋﺪﱘ‪ ) .‬ﻣﻄﺒﻮﻉ (‬
‫‪ -2‬ﺍﳌﺮﺟﻊ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺑﻖ‪.‬‬
‫‪ -3‬ﻣﻨﻦ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﻗﻲ ﺍﳋﺪﱘ ﻟﻠﺸﻴﺦ ﳏﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﲑ‪.‬‬
‫ﺷﻴﺨﻨﺎ ﻭﻭﺳﻴﻠﺘﻨﺎ ﻭﻣﻮﻻﻧﺎ ﺧﺪﱘ ﺍﻟﺮﺳﻮﻝ ‪-‬ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻪ‪ -‬ﱂ ﻳﻜﻦ ﻳﺮﺿﻰ ‪‬ﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﻠﺔ ﻭﻟﻦ‬
‫ﻳﺮﺿﻰ ‪‬ﺎ ﺃﺑﺪﺍ ﻣﻬﻤﺎ ﻳﻜﻦ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻣﺮ؛ ﻭﺫﻟﻚ ﻷﻧﻪ ‪ -‬ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻪ – ﻗﺪ ‪‬ﻰ ﺃﻭ‪‬ﻻ ﺍﺧﺘﻼﻁ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻨﺴﺎﺀ ﺑﺎﻟﺮﺟﺎﻝ ﺍﻷﺟﺎﻧﺐ ﻛﻤﺎ ﺳﺒﻖ ﺃﻥ ﻗﻠﻨﺎ ﰲ ﻗﻮﻟﻪ‪:‬‬

‫ﻭﻻ ﲣــﺎﻟﻄﻲ ﺍﻟﺮﺟــﺎﻝ ﺯﻣﻨــﺎ‬ ‫ﻭﻻ ﺗــﺰﺍﱄ ﺗﺴــﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺍﻟﺒــﺪﻧﺎ‬

‫ﺛﺎﻧﻴﺎ‪ :‬ﺃﻧﻪ –ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻪ‪ -‬ﻗﺪ ‪‬ﻰ ﺍﻟﻨﺴﺎﺀ ﻋﻦ ﺭﻓﻊ ﺃﺻﻮﺍ‪‬ﻦ ﲟﺤﻀﺮ ﺍﻷﺟﺎﻧﺐ ‪‬ﻴﺎ ﺟﺎﺯﻣﺎ‬
‫ﻓﻀﻼ ﻋﻦ ﲢﺴﻴﻨﻬﺎ ﻭﺗﺮﻗﻴﻘﻬﺎ؛ ﻷﻥ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻣﺪﻋﺎﺓ ﻟﻠﻔﺘﻨﺔ ﻭﳎﻠﺒﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﻔﺴﺪﺓ‪ ،‬ﻓﻘﺎﻝ ﺣﲔ ﻳﻮﺻﻲ‬
‫ﻣﺮﻳﺪﺗﻪ ﻭﺯﻭﺟﺔ ﻋﻤﻪ ) ﺑﻨﺪ ﺟﻮﺏ ‪:(Penda Diop‬‬

‫ﻭﻟﺘﺨﻔﻀﻲ ﺻﻮﺗﻚ ﺩﻫﺮﺍ ﺗ‪‬ﺸـﻜﺮ‬ ‫ﺩﻭﻣﻲ ﻋﻠـﻰ ﺍﳋﻤـﻮﻝ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺴـﺘﺮ‬

‫ﻭﻻ ﺷﻚ ﺃﻧﻪ ﳚﻮﺯ ﺑﻞ ﻗﺪ ﻳﺴﺘﺤﺐ ﳍﻦ ﻗﺮﺍﺀﺓ ﺍﻟﻘﺮﺁﻥ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻘﺼﻴﺪﺓ ﺃﻭ ﺷﻲﺀ ﻣﻦ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻘﺒﻴﻞ‬

‫ﻣﻨﻔﺮﺩﺍﺕ‪ ‬ﺩﻭﻥ ﺍﺧﺘﻼﻁ ﺑﺎﻷﺟﺎﻧﺐ؛ ﻷﻧﻪ ﻗﺪ ﺛﺒﺖ ﺃﻥ ﻭﺍﺣﺪﺓ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺮﻳﺪﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ ﺍﳋﺪﱘ‪-‬‬
‫ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻬﻤﺎ‪ -‬ﺣﻜﺖ‪ ‬ﻗﺼﺔ ﻳﻔﻬﻢ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﺟﻮﺍﺯ ﻗﺮﺍﺀﺓ ﺍﻟﻨﺴﺎﺀ ﻟﻠﻘﺼﻴﺪﺓ ﲨﺎﻋﺔ ﻣﻨﻔﺮﺩﺍﺕ‪.5‬‬

‫‪ -‬ﺛﺎﻟﺜﺎ‪ :‬ﻗﺪ ﺛﺒﺖ ﺃﻳﻀﺎ ﺃﻥ ﺛﻼﺛﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺍﺛﻨﲔ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻠﻔﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ –ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻬﻢ‪ -‬ﻗﺪ ‪‬ﻮﺍ‬
‫ﻋﻦ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﻠﺔ‪ .‬ﺣ‪‬ﻜﻲ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ ﻋﺒﺪ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﺩﺭ‪-‬ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻪ‪ -‬ﲰﻊ ﻳﻮﻣﺎ ﺍﻟﻨﺴﺎﺀَ‬
‫ﻳﻨﺸﺪﻥ ﺍﻟﻘﺼﻴﺪﺓ ﰲ "ﺩﺍﺋﺮﺓ"ﺟﺎﺀﺕ ﻟﺰﻳﺎﺭﺗﻪ‪ ،‬ﻓﻘﺎﻝ ﻟﻮﺍﺣﺪ‪" :‬ﻗﻞ ﳍﻦ‪ ‬ﺃﻥ ﻳﺴﻜﱳ؛ ﺇﺫ‬

‫‪ -4‬ﻭﺻﻴﺔ ' ﺑﻨﺪ ﺟﻮﺏ '‪.‬‬


‫‪ - 5‬ﻭﺧﻼﺻﺔ ﺍﻟﻘﺼﺔ ﺃ‪‬ﻦ ﻃﹶﻠﱭ ﻳﻮﻣﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ ﺍﻟﺘﱪ‪‬ﻙ ﺑﻘﺮﺍﺀﺓ ﺍﻟﻘﺼﻴﺪﺓ ﲨﺎﻋﺔ ﻛﻤﺎ ﻳﻔﻌﻠﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺮﺟﺎﻝ‪ ،‬ﻓﺬﻫﺐ ‪‬ﻦ‪ ‬ﺇﱃ ﻣﻜﺎﻥ ﺧﺎﻝ‬
‫ﲟﻨﺄﻯ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﺮﺟﺎﻝ ﺣﻴﺚ ﻻ ﻳ‪‬ﺴﻤﻊ ﺃﺻﻮﺍ‪‬ﻦ‪ ،‬ﰒ ﺟﻠﺴﻦ ﺧﻠﻔﻪ‪ ،‬ﻓﺒﻴ‪‬ﻦ ﳍﻦ ﻛﻴﻔﻴﺔ ﻗﺮﺍﺀ‪‬ﺎ ﰒ ﻗﺎﻝ ﳍﻦ ﺇﺫﺍ ﺧﺮﺟﺖ‪ ‬ﻣﺒﺘﻌﺪﺍ ﻣﻦ ﺣﻴﺚ ﻻ‬
‫ﺗﺴﻤﻌﻦ ﺷﻴﺌﺎ ﻣﲏ ﻓﺎﺑﺘﺪ‪‬ﺃﻥ ﺑﺎﻟﻘﺮﺍﺀﺓ‪ ،‬ﻭﻟﻜﻦ ﺑﻘﺮﺍﺀﺓ ﻋﺎﺩﻳﺔ ﻭﺑﺼﻮﺕ ﻣﻌﺘﺪﻝ‬
‫ﺃﻧﻪ ﻟﻮ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺭﻓﻊ ﺃﺻﻮﺍ‪‬ﻦ ﺟﺎﺋﺰﺍ ﻟﺴ‪‬ﻤﺢ ﳍﻦ ﺑﺎﻷﺫﺍﻥ ﻟﻠﺼﻼﺓ؛ ﻷﻥ ﺃﺻﻮﺍ‪‬ﻦ ﺃﺣﺴﻦ‬
‫ﻣﻦ ﺃﺻﻮﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺮﺟﺎﻝ"‼‪ .‬ﻭﻫﺬﺍ ﺩﻟﻴﻞ ﻭﺍﺿﺢ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﺪﻡ ﺟﻮﺍﺯ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻈﺎﻫﺮﺓ ﻭﻟﻦ ﲢﻞﹼ‬
‫ﺇﱃ ﺍﻷﺑﺪ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ ﺻﺎﱀ‪ -‬ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻪ‪ ،-‬ﻳ‪‬ﺤﻜﻰ ﺃﻧﻪ ﻗﺪ ﺳﺄﻟﻪ ﺳﺎﺋﻞ ﻋﻦ ﺟﻮﺍﺯ ﺇﻧﺸﺎﺩ ﺍﻟﻨﺴﺎﺀ‬

‫ﻟﻠﻘﺼﻴﺪﺓ ﻓﺄﺟﺎﺏ ﲟﺎ ﻳﺪﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﺪﻡ ﺭﺿﺎﺋﻪ ﺑﺬﻟﻚ‬

‫ﻭﰲ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺃﻳﻀﺎ ﺩﻻﻟﺔ ﻭﺍﺿﺤﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﺪﻡ ﺍﳉﻮﺍﺯ ﳑﺎ ﻻ ﻳﺸﻚ ﻓﻴﻪ ﻣﻦ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻟﻪ ﻗﻠﺐ ﺃﻭ ﺃﻟﻘﻰ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺴﻤﻊ ﻭﻫﻮ ﺷﻬﻴﺪ؛ ﻷﻧﻪ – ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻪ‪ -‬ﻛﺎﻥ ﻳﻌﺮﻑ ﻣﺎ ﻳﺘﺮﺗﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻔﱳ‬
‫ﻭﺍﻟﻔﻮﺍﺣﺶ‪ ،‬ﻭﻷﻧﻪ ﻟﻮ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺟﺎﺋﺰﺍ ﻟﺼﺮ‪‬ﺡ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺼﺮﳛﺎ؛ ﻟﻜﻮﻧﻪ – ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻪ ‪-‬‬
‫ﺣﺮﻳﺼﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻛﻞ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻨﻔﻌﻬﻢ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺪﻧﻴﺎ ﻭﺍﻟﺪﻳﻦ ﻭﺧﺼﻮﺻﺎ ﻓﻴﻤﺎ ﻳﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﻘﺮﺍﺀﺓ ﻗﺼﺎﺋﺪ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ‬

‫ﺍﳋﺪﱘ‪-‬ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻪ‪ -‬ﺍﻟﱵ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺍﳌﻨﺎﻓﻊ ﻣﺎ ﻻ ﲢﺼﻰ‪ ،‬ﻭﻣﻦ ﺍﳌﺰﺍﻳﺎ ﻣﺎ ﻻ ﺗﺴﺘﻘﺼﻰ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﻣﻦ ﻫﻨﺎ ﺃﺧﺘﻢ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺴﻄﻮﺭ ﺩﺍﻋﻴﺎ ﺍﻷﺧﻮﺍﺕ ﺍﳌﺴﻠﻤﺎﺕ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﺎ ﻭﺍﳌﺮﻳﺪﺍﺕ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﺎ ﺇﱃ‬
‫ﺍﻻﻟﺘﺰﺍﻡ ﺑﺄﺣﻜﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻉ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺤﻠﻲ ﺑﺂﺩﺍﺑﻪ ﻭﺑﺘﻌﺎﻟﻴﻢ ﺷﻴﺨﻨﺎ ﺍﳋﺪﱘ‪ -‬ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻪ‪ -‬ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻻ‬
‫ﻳﺮﻳﺪ ﻣﻨﺎ ﺇﻻ ﺻﻼﺡ ﺃﺣﻮﺍﻟﻨﺎ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺪﻧﻴﺎ ﻭﺍﻵﺧﺮﺓ‪ .‬ﻓﻠﺘﺒﺘﻌﺪ ﺍﻟﻨﺴﺎﺀ ﻋﻦ ﻛﻞ ﻣﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺷﺄﻧﻪ ﺃﻥ‬
‫ﻳ‪‬ﺴﺒ‪‬ﺐ ﺷﺮ‪‬ﺍ ﺃﻭ ﻓﺘﻨﺔ‪ ،‬ﺃﻭ ﻓﺴﺎﺩﺍ ﰲ ﺍﻷﺭﺽ‪ ،‬ﻭﺃﻥ ﻳﺄﺧﺬﻥ ﻣﺴﺆﻭﻟﻴﺘﻬﻦ ﺍﳌﻨﻮﻃﺔ ﺑﺄﻛﺘﺎﻓﻬﻦ‪.‬‬
‫ﻛﻤﺎ ﺃﻥ ﻟﻮﻻﺓ ﺃﻣﻮﺭﻫﻦ ﻣﺴﺆﻭﻟﻴﺔﹰ ﻛﺒﲑﺓ ﻟﻠﺤﻴﻠﻮﻟﺔ ﺩﻭﻥ ﺗﻔﺸﻲ ﻇﺎﻫﺮﺓ ﺍﻟﺘﱪﺝ‪ ،‬ﻓﻠﻴﺠﺘﻬﺪﻭﺍ ﰲ‬

‫‪ - 6‬ﻭﻣﻌﲎ ﻛﻼﻡ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ ﺻﺎﱀ ﻫﻮ‪ " :‬ﺃﻥ ﻣﺎ ﺗﻌﺮﻓﻮﻧﻪ ﻣﻦ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﳌﺴﺄﻟﺔ ﺣﱴ ﺩﻓﻌﻜﻢ ﺇﱃ ﺍﻟﺴﺆﺍﻝ ﻋﻨﻬﺎ ﻫﻮ ﻣﺎ ﺃﻋﺮﻓﻪ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ‪ ،‬ﻓﻠﻤﺎﺫﺍ ﱂ‬
‫ﺗﺴﺄﻟﻮﱐ ﻋﻦ ﺃﻧﺎﺷﻴﺪ ﺍﻟﺮﺟﺎﻝ؟!‪.‬‬
‫‪ - 7‬ﻭﻗﺪ ﻭﺭﺩﺕ ﺃﻳﻀﺎ ﺭﻭﺍﻳﺔ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ ﳏﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﻔﺎﺿﻞ‪ -‬ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻪ‪ -‬ﻗﺪ ﺫﻡ‪ ‬ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﻠﺔ ﺣﲔ ﲰﻊ ﺍﻣﺮﺃﺓ ﺗﻨﺸﺪ ﺍﻟﻘﺼﻴﺪﺓ‪.‬‬
‫ﻣﻨﻌﻬﺎ ﻭﺍﻟﻘﻀﺎﺀ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ‪ -‬ﻗﺪﺭ ﺍﳌﺴﺘﻄﺎﻉ‪ -‬ﺣﺴﻤ‪‬ﺎ ﻷﺳﺒﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻔﺘﻨﺔ ﻭﺻﻴﺎﻧﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ‬

‫ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻣﻲ ﻭﺍﳌﺮﻳﺪﻱ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻭﺟﻪ ﺍﳋﺼﻮﺹ ﻋﻤﺎ ﳜﺎﻟﻒ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻉ ﺍﳌﻄﻬ‪‬ﺮ‪.‬‬

‫ﻫﺬﺍ‪ ،‬ﻭﻧﺮﺟﻮ ﻣﻦ ﺍﷲ ﺗﻌﺎﱃ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻮﻓﻘﻨﺎ ﳌﺎ ﳛﺐ ﻭﻳﺮﺿﻰ‪ ،‬ﻭﺃﻥ ﻳﺴﺘﺮ ﻋﻴﻮﺑﻨﺎ‪ ،‬ﻭﺃﻥ ﳚﻌﻞ‬
‫ﺳﻌﻴﻨﺎ ﻫﺬﺍ ﻣﺸﻜﻮﺭﺍ ﻭﻣﻘﺒﻮﻻ‪ ،‬ﻭﻣﺎ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺑﻌﺰﻳﺰ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﺑﺈﺟﺎﺑــﺔ ﺩﻋــﺂ ﺩﺍﻉﹴ ﺟــﺪﻳﺮ‬ ‫ﻓﺈﻧــﻪ ﺟــﻞﹼ ﻋﻠــﻰ ﺫﺍﻙ ﻗــﺪﻳﺮ‬

‫ﺍﳌﻼﻫﻲ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﻓﺎﺣﺶ‪ ،‬ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻓﻴﺘﺤﺘﻢ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻫﻞ ﺍﳊﻞ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﺍﻟﺘﻨﺪﻳﺪ ‪‬ﺬﺍ ﺍﻷﻣﺮ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺒﻠﻎ ﺍﳊﺰﻡ ﺍﻟﻄﺒﻴﲔ‪.‬‬
