    Dear: Maam/Sir

    I would like to request for a delay of payment for my tuition fee balance. This is because our
    family right now has financial troubles and we are on the process of coping up this issue.
    I promise that I will pay the balance of my tuition fees in installments by 15 th and 30th day of the
    month so please allow me to be enrolled this new semester.
