1.What kind of strategy do you think Jollibee took come out on top?
- The strategy that made them top is that they aligned their recipes and product to
Filipino taste and bond. Their strategy of portraying filipino household and family in
every advertisement they create made them more remarkable in every filipino family
especially to the kids. They have used the effect of having Jollibee in the table, eating
this altogether is the perfect kind of bond for every Filipino family.

2. What entrepreneurial traits does Tony have that enable him to rise above the
challenges faced by Jollibee?
- Tony didn't stopped trying. Even Jollibee is surrounded by western qnd known fast
food chains before, this won't stopped Tony from improving and recreating his products
and offers. He did research for him to comprehend his target markets. Tony didn't got
the success he wanted at first but these failures keep him motivated and inspired to do
and learn more.
3. What traits or habits do you think you can develop to be more fearless in the face of
challenges?
- The traits and habits that I should develop for me to be more fearless when difficult
times strike is that I should be more positive and open for failures and understand that
everyone may commit mistakes, that having failures doesn't mean that there's no room
for improvement and success. We should not stop trying and improving ourselves. We
should be complex and open for criticisms, ideas and opinions.
