Pursuant to the decision of the General Body meeting of the Association members regarding conduct of
elections for the office bearers of Resident Welfare association, nominations are invited from the members
of the RWA for the following positions: -

2. Vice President One
3. General Secretary One
4. Secretary One
5. Treasurer One

Nominations should be given to undersigned in the Performa attached with the notice.
The schedule of the elections shall be as follows:

Note: a) Counting of votes will start at 4 P. M. on 13th Oct, 2019.

b) Nominations as should reach the undersigned by 9th Oct, 2019 at 6.00 PM positively.
c) Nomination Form can be collected from Election Officers Team or also can be downloaded from the
website at www.nrwa.org.in
d) For Nomination and casting Vote, the person should have cleared all the Dues upto July 2019.
e) For Nomination TWO Proposed person is required and proposed person due too should be cleared upto
July 2019.

Dear Residents,

Kindly note, on 29th Sept 2019 at 6.00 P.M. Association called a meeting for Electing Returning
Officers and to start Election process for next 3 years i.e. from 16th Oct 2019 onwards.

In the meeting, it was decided that, Mr. Ranjit Singh (Flat No. 376) will be Chief Election Officer and
Mr. Shailendra Srivastava (Flat No. 16) and Mr. Sanjay Kumar(Flat No. 236) will be the Election
Officers.

Further it is discussed and agreed in the meeting that, Association Rule & MOA following clause will
be applicable for Nomination and Casting Vote: -

1. Only paid and active members can take part in Nomination (paid members means who had clear
the due upto July 2019).
2. Tenant or Relatives Members don’t have voting rights but if authorized in writing ONLY by the
respective Flat Owners members the temporary members (tenants) can cast their vote but, they
should have cleared all the dues upto July 2019.
3. All non-residing Permanent members also can come in person & cast their vote.
4. Also those Flat Owner can Cast Vote who was not paying monthly subscription earlier but now
paying their dues regularly from last one year, but they can’t fillup the Nomination Form.
5. From One Flat Only One Person can Cast the Vote.
6. Only Flat Owners can Cast the Vote.
7. Nomination Form to be filled and submitted before 9th Oct 2019 upto 6.00 P.M.
8. Nomination withdrawal Form Last Date: 10th Oct 2019 upto 2.00 P.M.
9. Election Date : 13th Oct 2019 from 10.00 A.M. to 2.00 P.M.
10. Result Announcement: 13th Oct 2019 at 6.00 P.M.
11. New Office Bearer Charge: 16th Oct 2019.
12. The voting is secret by nature.
13. All Flat Owners members can cast their vote duly displaying the ID Proof and Residence proof
issued by Government Authority (Adhaar /Voter/Driving).
14. All Selected contestant should be given the certificate of election by the CEO.
15. NOC has to be obtained from General Secretary, Treasurer for NO Dues to fill up the Nomination
Form by the Flat Owners.
16. TWO Proposed Person is required to fill up the Nomination Form and Proposed person too should
be an active Members and Flat Owner and their dues should be cleared up to July 2019.

Once Chief Election Officer is appointed, his/her decision will be consider as Final.
