I wholeheartedly recommend Bianca Santini for any position for which she may
apply.

I have been Bianca’s Honors English teacher during her 9th and 10th grade years.
Succeeding at the rigorous level required of students in the honors classes was, at the
outset, a great challenge for her. In time, however, she proved herself to be a student of
the highest caliber: consistently completing assignments on time and turning in work
that goes above and beyond the requirements. This is due in equal parts to her
determination to succeed, the ease with which she meets setbacks, and her willingness
to put in the additional work necessary to improve her writing and rise to the top of her
class. Yet Bianca’s success was not simply a matter of academics. She is one of the most
warm-hearted and empathetic students I’ve ever had. Her ability to help classmates
who are struggling is a quality which will help her succeed in whatever she does. She is
a model student, and I consider myself lucky to be her teacher.

I have taught at the high school level for 28 years. I can attest to the fact that
Bianca has a brilliant future. She has the habits of mind and soul---intellectual curiosity,
diligence, integrity, and compassion---that will allow her to thrive in any setting.
