It is about creating a business partner that allows all three parties to grow.
Grupo Masa has a signed contract with CNOOD to identify projects and offer
them in Latin America, which is their natural market.
An expansion of the same has been proposed to extend the geographical area to
southern Europe, the Maghreb and West Africa, with the possibility of also
reaching Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Oman.
The existing contractual relationship is commercial, non-labor and with absolute
independence between the parties outside the established rates for success.
Grupo Masa will sign an agreement with the same European group in which a
fee will be recognized for each project carried out.
A list of projects from Europe will be provided, which must be approved by
Grupo Masa and CNOOD. Deciding these how to undertake it.
The European group will assist technicians published by Grupo Masa and / or
CNOOD at all times.
Depending on the line of business, a local partner chosen for their experience
and / or customer relationship will be proposed.
