On April 26, 2022, I received an email from Amazon Seller Performance Team that our Amazon seller
account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon's Business Solutions Agreement.

Provide accurate information to Amazon and our customers at all times, and we Act fairly and not
misuse Amazon’s features or services. I Not attempt to damage or abuse another Seller, their listings or
ratings, and I Not send unsolicited or inappropriate communications. I Not contact customers except
through Buyer-Seller Messaging, and I Not attempt to circumvent the Amazon sales process, I am Not
engage in conduct that violates price fixing laws.

I would like to request for the funds withheld on Amazon.com.

It has been more than 90 days since the account has been deactivated and therefore I would like to
request for the funds.

I would like to inform you that this seller account has never engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal
activity; or have abused your systems or repeatedly violated your Policies that protect your customers
and selling partners.

Please review all the information carefully and release the withheld funds on Amazon.com.
