K: Can I Exchange this one with another color? Well, the color is bit ugly.

K: No I don’t. I lost the receipt yesterday.

J: Well, I’m terribly sorry, but we can’t exchanged your heels without a receipt.

K: Yes I know. But I have just bought this heels in this store yesterday. Can you
revise the system?

J: Yes, but without a receipt I can’t do anything.

K: Right. Could I speak to the manager, please?

E: Hello, What seems to be te problem?

K: Yes, I’d like to make a complaint. I bought this heels yesterday and I need to
change with other. Your sales assistant hasn’t been very helpful.

E: Can you show me the receipt please?

K: No, I don’t have a receipt.

W: Well, I’m sorry, but we can’t do an Exchange without a receipt.

K: But I said that I have just bought the heels yesterday.
