Project Title:
Project HIPOS (Housing, Increase/Improvement, Procurement of Sports
Equipments)

Problem Statements:
* To increase the SPS enrollment per grade level
* To have a SPS office for the SPS mentors and to house all the sports equipments
* To rehabilitate the tennis court, badminton court and basketball court
* To attend Sports Enthusiast Orientation and Training Scheme
* To procure sports equipments needed in the skill development of the SPS students

Project Objective Statement:

*To increase the enrolment from 126 to 800 by school year 2023 – 2025
* To improve the SPS mentors’ skills and knowledge in the sport’s disciplined
handled
*To have an orientation and proper dissemination of the SPS curriculum offered by
Bato SOF.

Root Cause:
*Parents and students were not properly oriented of the SPS curriculum
offered by Bato SOF.
* No SPS office for the SPS mentors.
* Teachers are a kind of hesitant to handle SPS subjects.
