TRAINING AGREEMENT
I, NAME OF STUDENT., a student of Olivarez College – Parañaque, hereby voluntarily agree to undergo
the Property Management System training in partial fulfillment of THPC3 Applied Business Tools and
Technologies requirements under the course Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management at the said
institution under the following terms and conditions.

1. That I shall abide the rules and regulations imposed by the training establishment for the
participants of the training program otherwise shall exclude me from further participation.
2. That I shall exercise care and diligence in any task assigned to me.
3. That I shall renounce and waive any claim against the training establishment for any injury
suffered in the performance of my duties and function while during my training.
4. That I shall be made answerable for all the liabilities for demands to property or injury suffered to
third party occasioned by my intentional or negligent acts while in the course of my training.
5. That whatever allowances and benefits given to me will be purely voluntary on the part of the
training establishment or depend upon the agreement; and,
6. That I must submit all the requirements upon the completion of the training hours.

I fully understand that any violation from the above-mentioned rules and regulations may result to a
grade of withdrawal / failure (5.0), suspension or dismissal from the school depending on the gravity of
offense.
