FINAL EXAM INSTRUCTIONS

1. Read each question carefully and take note of the points


allocated for each question;

2. Write down your answer below each question;

3. Your answers should demonstrate your ability to analyze the


facts, apply the pertinent laws and jurisprudence, and arrive at
sound and logical conclusions. Always support your answers
with the pertinent laws, rules, and/or jurisprudence. A mere
"yes" or "no" answer without any corresponding explanation or
discussion may not be given full credit.

4. Do not abbreviate, always write the words in full, except for


titles, i.e., Atty., Mr., Ms., etc;

5. After answering all the questions, save your answer sheet in


PDF format.

6. Email your answer sheet to your professor with this file name:
LAST NAME_FIRST NAME_BLJE_FE;

7. The email subject should be the same as the file name;

8. Recipient email address: sanchezlenie@yahoo.com;

9. Please double check if you have attached the correct document


and if your email successfully went through before logging out
from Zoom;

10. Re-submission request “will not be allowed” after the


designated submission time; All answer sheets must be
submitted not later than 8:15pm.

11. After successfully sending your answer sheet, exit the


Zoom room quietly to avoid disturbing those who are still taking
the examination.

1. Be responsive to the question/s.

2. Always cite the correct legal basis.

Example:
a. Jurisprudence provides…
b. Based on the express language of the Code of Professional
Responsibility, Canon 1…
c. It is well-settled in this jurisdiction… (meaning, there is a
prevailing doctrine)
d. Under the law (general citing)
e. In a litany of cases (repeatedly cited doctrines)

3. Answer briefly and use only one legal basis- the most precise one.
Do not confuse the examiner.
4. Do not interject questions when answering. It may be taken as a
MARKING.

5. Compare and contrast- state the similarities and differences.

6. Enumerate- use numbers or letters.

7. Be mindful of your grammar.

8. Always answer briefly and concisely. Do not include unnecessary


or redundant matters.
