WHAT I CAN DO

First off, you need to create a Meralco Online Account. Follow the steps below to pay:

Step 1. Login to your Meralco Online Account.

Step 2. On the dashboard, click “Pay Bills”.
Step 3. Select the bills/services that you would like to pay for.
Step 4. Choose your payment method. (Credit card, Debit Card, or Prepaid Card)
Step 5. Review and ensure your payment details are correct. Click on “Submit” to confirm your
payment.
Step 6. You will be redirected to the selected payment partner’s page. You will also receive a
payment confirmation email as proof of your payment. (Note: This does not serve as an OR)”
