8. Evaluating Decision Effectiveness.

Will compare these all above mentioned technologies with respect to PTCL criteria and committee
recommended the IMS.

We have also evaluated our decision and the initial response have been phenomenal. There has
been an increase in subscribers of face book and twitter , then save the data above of 18 million
people the have followers of face and twitter through the soft switch with servivors room .

Decision Making Approach:

Rationality: Our decision is based on rationality because we had all the information relevant to the
system must support OTT over the top services Video Conferencing, Live HD Streaming, like
provided by Face book, Twitter. More ever, we know that the possible outcome because soft
switch provide the fest service to our subscribers.

It was a good alternative because already company buy the other devices.

subscribe face the issue of our data saving safety .The have improve service of voice conferencall
as well must able to support existing services and smooth migration.

regarding this section will be covered in finance section with reference to my project.

Recommendations& Conclusion:
Keeping in view the recommendations hurdle / problems the following are some remedial
measures, which help to create a better system.

The study show that:

There are very few programs for career development of the employees. People working in one
section or department from years are still with the same knowledge and style of doing job. There
should be proper Hailey College of Commerce, University of the Punjab, Lahore career planning
of employee that not only sharpens the skills of the employee & improve its efficiency but also
results in better and improved output for the organization.
Existing system is not up to the slandered and must be replacing with an efficient one.
A comprehensive financial information system is required to be streamlined, so that availability
of accurate data records may be insured.
All the tool of enforcement of strict financial discipline may be under taken in order to monitor
the whole system.
All the records should be computerized and for this purpose special computer program should
be used.
Employees should be equipped with up to date IT skills and for this purpose refresher & training
courses should be designed.
The officer may be trained to adopt company culture soft-spoken, good relations with customers
and target oriented.
Finance and marketing offices and engineers may be sending to international seminars/
workshops to get knowledge of new technique and procedures.
There should be effective human resource department in order to get right people on the right
job. Promotion should be made the basis of performance rather than seniority.
Most of the PTCL personnel are non-professional; I suggest that the competent authority of
PTCL should be appointing professionals.
There should be effective human resource department in order to get right people on the right
job.
In the company there is an unnecessary emphasis on documentation. In transitions a lengthy
procedure of paper work is involved that decrease the efficiency and results in wastage of time. It
should be the duty of management to automate the documentation of record on line to all offices
at same time.

PESTLE ANALYSIS OF TULIP HEALTH CARE PRIVATE LIMITED

POLITICAL:
The most common problem a Pharmaceutical company faces is the Price Pressure that
resulted in increasing prices of medical drugs and medicated products which somehow
creates an inflationary impact on our society and on Tulip as well. Due to the strikes most
of organizational work stuck which puts Tulip in to a dire situation while, customer wants
products of Tulip at low costs which becomes impossible to them.
On the other hand, Tulip faces a problem of raw material supply on time because of
uncertain conditions which we faces everyday which makes way to produce more products
in huge amount.

ECONOMIC:
Nowadays Pakistan is facing a huge amount of inflation where taxes are high. Excise
Duty, Custom Duty, Service Tax, Profession Tax, License Fees, Royalty, Pollution
Clearance Tax, Hazardous Substance License, Income Tax, Stamp Duty and a host of
other levies and charges have to be paid. On an average it amounts to no less than 4045%
of the costs. So, it’s really hard to determine that whether, Tulip uses the same policies,
rules and regulations or not.
Tulip want to work on latest products but unfortunately there are some economic factors
which are lacking and makes a huge hindrance. Economic factors affect a lot especially
when it comes to pharmaceuticals and healthcare.

SOCIAL:
The increasing aging population offers a range of opportunities and threats to the
pharmaceutical industry. The trick will be to capitalize on the opportunities. Monitoring
one’s own health has become a trend of the current generation. While this may lead to
lesser requirement of doctors and general physicians, people are now consuming more
drugs than ever. However, exercising and fitness trends are also leading to lesser
requirement for drugs as they lead to healthier lifestyle without the need for drugs.

TECHNOLOGICAL:
Technological advancements will create numerous opportunities for Tulip both in terms of
new therapy systems and service provisions. The online opportunities will see the growth
in:

 New info and Communications technologies.

 Customized Treatments.

 Direct to Patient Advertising.  Direct to patient communications

LEGAL:

Frauds in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector is quite common. This is why
Pakistan’s government has placed strict laws that audit the growth of these companies. As
a result, Tulip has to be careful to meet all the governmental requirements while operating.
ENVIRONMENTAL:
As the production of drugs and skin care products is related to a large carbon footprint, due
to increased smog Pakistan is now paying attention towards environment as well and for
that purpose Pakistan is coming up different ways to mitigate these issues. As abiding by
these regulations may be costly for the new companies, they may fail to establish their
business.

The production of drugs results in the creation of different biotechnological pollutants.

They may be hazardous for people's health. Tulip needs to take care of this waste to
maintain the safety of the people.

Like other companies, Tulip may take up some corporate responsibilities towards the
environment. They can donate money or campaign for some environmental causes, which
can help them create a better image.

Organizational structure refers to the differentiation ( differences in the orientations among

the managers if different departments and differences in formal structure among these
departments) and integration (quality of the state of collaboration for achieving unity ) of
activities and authority, role and relationships. It provides an appropriate framework for
authority relationship. It indicates the hierarchy of authority and the reporting
relationships.
The two most important issues when deciding how to organize a pharmaceutical company
are:
Personnel - individuals in the organization
Functions - activities that must be accomplished to achieve the company’s goals

Major HR Challenges and Issues in the Pharmaceutical Industries

1. Development in Technology
Technology is a disruptive force, particularly in the pharma industry. With the evolution of
new technologies, patients can engage in their healthcare. People now have easy access to
various wearable devices and apps, peer support communities, and telemedicine. It has
impacted the way health care is provided and how patients engage with the business.
Tulip is searching for people who understand how technology can assist people in gaining
control of their lives. There is an enormous opportunity Tulip’s willing to adopt big data
and machine learning insights and integrate virtual and augmented reality in product
testing and distribution. With competitors becoming more innovative and risk-friendly, the
upcoming Tulip workforce must learn how to adapt to these new technologies. Here, the
challenge is to build a more technical-savvy workforce to adjust to this new wave of
technological developments in Tulip.

2. Scarcity of Talent
Pharmaceutical roles are mostly research-intensive and do not follow a fixed schedule. It
takes years of experience for someone to become an expert in their field. Due to the lack of
trained employees and human resources for health, all pharmaceutical firms are vying for
the brightest.
Firms with more reputation and financial clout attract the best talent, whereas small to
mediumsized firms must make do with less.

In recent years, people have witnessed more applicants for research and development
positions in non-pharmaceutical companies. It yields immediate results and recognition for
the employees.

The WHO Department of Medicines and Health Products believes that the first step in
building human resources in the pharmaceutical sector is by identifying the gap in the
evidence. They have developed an assessment tool to quantify pharmaceutical human
resources and identify critical human resource issues.

3. Employee Retention

Tulip face competition both internally and externally. Losing a key scientist or a project
head can jeopardize a venture or halt a project for a long time until it find the next right
talent.
The ability to attract and retain talent is one of the most difficult challenges within the
lifesciences industry.
With the aging population of pharma employees retiring, the focus is more on millennials
and Gen-Z employees. They get driven by growth and development and opportunities for
new skills. Therefore, they must have the scope of learning and development
opportunities.

4. Employee Motivation
Pharma projects need time and patience to see fruitful results. In this industry, it's common
to kill ventures that aren't profitable. Not seeing any results in the long-term research
projects or ventures is a demotivating factor for anyone. Thus, keeping the employees
engaged and motivated is another challenge faced by HR professionals in the
pharmaceutical industry.

Employee attrition is a major issue. In the case of a pharma salesperson, their nature of
work gets very demanding of achieving targets and is likely to get demotivated quickly. It
is crucial to understand and identify their motivation factors and make an effort for an
effective employee retention strategy.

Ways to Cope with the Human Resource Challenges in the Tulip

1. Provide growth opportunities
Young employees focus on growth and development compared to mere compensation.
Tulip provide opportunities for them to learn and grow in the industry. In the long run, this
will also help in the scarcity of finding skilled talents for the pharmaceutical organizations.

The older age group employees who are less tech-savvy are given training and skill
development opportunities to enhance their technological skills. It will help them stay
engaged and motivated to apply new skills and to improve productivity.

2. Make your Employees Engaged

Everyone likes to feel that they are making a difference. Tulip involve its employees to
produce optimum results. Since the projects in pharma companies last for an extended
period, it is likely that the employees get demotivated or feel that their efforts are not
recognized. Tulip provides incentives and good salary packages to motivate its employees.
