Learning Objectives:
At the end of this learning activity sheet, the learner is able to:
 Define entrepreneurial lifestyle
 Enumerate and explain the entrepreneurial lifestyle that revolves around an entrepreneur

Overview:
A person’s lifestyle is his/her way of life. This includes what he/she does, how he/she makes
use of his/her resources (time, energy, money, skills, knowledge, etc.) the choices he/she makes, the
decisions he/she arrives at, his/her traits, thoughts, and feelings as shown in his/her actions or
behavior. It can also be seen in little things such as the clothes he/she wears, the food he/she eats, the
car he/she drives, the language he/she uses, and in his/her daily routine and habits.
The lifestyle of an entrepreneur revolves around his/her passion, time, financial control, and
personal growth.

ENTREPRENEURIAL LIFESTYLE
You Can Do This!
ACTIVITY 1 Directions: Analyze the lifestyle of the following entrepreneurs. Visualize in your
mind how each entrepreneur goes about in his/her daily life, in his/her business,
and in his/her personal and family life.

1. A salesperson who sells cars in his neighborhood earns only when a sale is made, which is
not often, but is happy moving around the area and goes out with his family most of the time.
2. A 50-year-old company executive who works day and night in his office and barely talks to
his family when he comes home late and always feels burn out from work but earns 6 million
a year.
3. A 40-year-old single parent who teaches in a university and, on weekends, bakes cookies and
cakes for extra income, takes care of her two children who study in the same school where
she teaches, is comfortable supporting her kids, and enjoys outings with them.
4. A business administration graduate is putting up her first business venture called 265 SISIG
House. She takes care of marketing, accounting, preparation, and cooking for sisig while her
helper takes care of serving food and clearing up. She feels tired at the end of the day but is
happy with the day’s earnings. Because of her business, she barely has time for friends and
hobbies.
