[BK5] - My strengths and weaknesses

As a FEU freshman student, my professional experience and strong

communication skills are among my strengths, I'd say. These skills have served me well
in a variety of roles, both personally and professionally. As a leader, for instance, I can
motivate and encourage others, and my communication abilities allow me to work
effectively with other people. Since I was the class secretary in high school until now,
these qualities have helped me achieve in both my academic and personal pursuits. I'll
maintain working to make them better in the future. However, one of my weaknesses is
that I'm shy in social situations and uncomfortable speaking in front of groups of people.
I have a hard time striking up a conversation, and I frequently feel lost for words when
I'm around random people. Due to the importance of networking in today’s economy,
this can be difficult. Thankfully, though, I'm working on these abilities, and I'm improving
every day. I celebrate modest successes as I work to strengthen my areas of weakness,
and I remain patient if success doesn't come right away. Even though it seems far
away, success is a result of the work I put into developing myself. Everything I do to
strengthen my weaker areas will benefit my learning and development. Moreover,
acknowledging my flaws is a necessary step toward strengthening them. It can take
time to get good at accepting constructive criticism and performing sincere self-
reflection. Perceive that any criticism you receive offers you a chance to improve.
Everyone has flaws, but not everyone is willing to accept and work on them. Likewise,
development is a continuous process, and there are numerous ways to keep advancing
your knowledge and expanding your character. Start celebrating your accomplishments
and continue to seek out fresh approaches that can help you advance both
professionally and personally. Take professional training, read novels, and obtain
feedback frequently from others. You can constantly improve your techniques and
discover new strengths when you make personal advancement as a standard practice.
