SEMI-DETAILED LESSON PLAN IN ENGLISH PRONOUN

TIME: 11 – 11: 15 am

I. Objectives:
At the end of one hour period, the students should be able to:
1. Identify the pronoun/s in the sentence;
2. Appreciate the importance of pronoun in constructing a sentence;
3. Complete the given sentences with the correct pronoun.

III. Learning Activities

A. Preliminary Activities
1. Prayer
Teacher will lead the prayer.
2. Greetings
3. Classroom Attendance
The teacher will request to check the absent in the class.
4. Classroom Management
The teacher will remind the students about the class/house rules.

B. Motivation / Drill
Teacher will show sentences with missing words and the students will complete
it using pronouns.

Mary Ann and Ikay were siblings. ____ are identical twins.
Einstein was a famous scientist. ____ was very genius in his era.
I have a crush at school named Michael. ___ likes me too.

C. Lesson Proper
1. Activity
The students will be grouped by partners. With the use of pronouns, each
group will present it through short poem, drama, reporting, or any type of
presentation of their choice.
