Many human beings living on this planet believe that war is a horrible disaster for the whole society.

However, there is another kind of people who justify wars and state that there cannot be peace without
a war. The second type of a mankind is convinced that being in a constant condition of war is completely
normal and can be considered as a law of a human nature. Fairly, if we will take a look at the history of
our ancestors, we can notice that wars were the prominent part of the history of any country.

Our ancestors fought and believed that they did everything to prevent events like this in future. As we
can see now, during the last couple decades, wars between countries caused a horrendous damage for
the humanity and they still do not seem to understand how terrible this is.

Now, when the humanity is on the edge of the Third World War, Albert Einstein’s famous quote is
extremely relevant. The well-known mathematician once said: “I do not know how the third World War
will be fought, but I can tell you what they will use in the Fourth—rocks!”. Albert’s words should be
noted and stuck in the head of every human being. It is a well-recognized fact that every war leads to
deaths, shutdown of progress as well as of the development, the variety of social issues. In addition, war
can also direct humanity to environmental problems that are one of the most important todays worries.
These words said by a smart man are about to make people be aware of starting military conflicts.

We are the witnesses of one of the most shocking and attention-catching events of the 21th century.
The Russo-Ukrainian War that started in 2014 can certainly be called one of the bloodiest and cruelest
wars in the modern time. The Russian Invasion of Ukraine which has started on 24 th of February 2022 is
now on everyone’s lips. It seems like the humanity could not even think that a man can be so vicious and
ominous. The damage that Russia caused to Ukraine is colossal. This mass-killing, evil, destructive
tragedy made a lot of people orphans and widows. Moreover, a plenty of people’s homes turned into
the abandoned ruins and some cities seem haunted. People forget about the humanity that they
probably had inside them and follow the path of a total brutality and selfishness. The simple morality
and justice suffer.

For me, as a person who is of a pacific nature, seeing what Russian soldiers do to my country is
especially heartbreaking. I cannot call myself the same person that I was before the Russian invasion.
And in my opinion, millions of Ukrainians follow the identical point of view. Undoubtedly, conflict
caused the great emotional and psychological damage to the people of Ukraine but still they remain
unbreakable and trustful to(?) the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Ukrainian government. Personally,
seeing my people being so passionate about the coming victory makes me exceptionally inspired.

I strongly hope that after the triumph of Ukraine in this horrendous war, people will finally realize all
the horrors of marital conflicts and live peacefully. Of course, it may sound like some childish dream,
however, I want to believe that people will learn how to solve their problems in a way more tolerant
manner.

All in all, I have a powerful faith that these dreadful events will make human race to avoid wars in
future. I am unbelievably keen on the idea that wars are the biggest enemies for the civilization and I
hope that more and more people will understand and acknowledge it. If we will not realize it now, our
whole humanity and everything our ancestors built is going to be demolished.
