Working with us.
How to get started.
To help you settle in with us, we have mapped out the initial
stages of our journey together into five simple steps.

Employsure Client Portal

1 When you join Employsure, you have access to the Employsure Client Portal. This contains important
documents including forms and tools that may be beneficial for your business, accessible immediately
via the Documents tab. If you require support navigating your Employsure Client Portal, please contact
Employsure on 1300 651 415 or via email client.experience@employsure.com.au.

BrightHR and BrightSafe

2 Access to the BrightHR employee management software and BrightSafe health & safety software
(subject to your agreement with Employsure). Our Client Onboarding team by now would have
contacted you to offer you a one on one training session to show you how to use this unique software,
so that your business can make the most of this exclusive tool.

The Advice line

3 Right now, you (or someone you have authorised) can call our unlimited Advice line with any employment
relations or workplace health and safety questions. Dial 1300 651 415 and select option 1 to talk to our
team of specialist Advisers. We are available day or night, 365 days a year.

Your workplace review

4 You should have received a call by now from our Client Onboarding team to get you booked in and ready
for your workplace review. During this process, Employsure’s Consultants will review your current
documentation and business practices, and help identify any workplace risks.

After your workplace review

5 After your initial meeting, your Consultant will develop tailored solutions based on their findings. This
will include documentation such as action plans, employment contracts and policies. Your documents
will then be accessible and downloadable from your Employsure Client Portal. Once loaded to the
Portal, you will have immediate and ongoing access to your workplace documents. You can also access
information relating to the minimum rates of pay under any Modern Awards that apply to your business
via the Wages tab.

Implementation
6 Once your documentation has been completed your Consultant will explain how to implement your new
documentation and processes into the business.

Please note: Your first steps with Employsure are dependent on your
contract type and service offering. Advice Only and Advice and Indemnity
clients are subject to limitations.
