Introduction

"Work analysis" is the process of establishing the skills and other requirements needed to
perform the job, along with how to describe and record the components of employment. The
following are the main objectives of conducting a job analysis: • to develop job descriptions and
specifications that include judgments for job evaluation; and • to hire the right employees, with
the right skills, at the right time. Throughout the job analysis, two key documents are produced to
help highlight the critical skills and knowledge that prospective employees need in order to do
their positions successfully.
A job description is a summary of all the duties, functions, and responsibilities that the employer
is presenting to the candidate, whereas a job specification is an overview of all the traits,
experiences, skills, and qualifications that the employer is seeking in a candidate. Let's look into
it more. We aim to focus on five distinct job types in this paper. So I chose the positions listed
