    The answer !

    1. No, I wouldn’t. I don’t like that system, because it would increase the stress of making the
    workers feel overwhelmed.
    As I know that pay for performance system only exists in production and marketing/sales people.
    2. I would like work in a team, different team members contribute different perspectives. And the
    synergy between team members can produce creative and productive results.
