Abstract of the Project :-

The abstract of the project has three parts. They are as following :-

1. Purpose Of the Project:-

We all love watching movies with our friends or family members. But also we
all know that on today’s world time is a very important thing. Also we know
that we not have so much patience to get something. So when we go to
cinema hall to watch movies , we have to go to the counter to buy tickets. But,
sometimes there we get crowd . So, we have to stand up in line and wait for so
long to buy tickets . So, we get bored easily and the energy and excitement
vanishes. Also sometimes there is a chance to not get ticket , as all the tickets
are sold out or there is no seat avilable. So we are unable to watch the movie.
Also sometimes we are unable to know the time schedule of the movie. In that
case we are again failed to watch the movie.
That’s why we are making a Project “ Online Ticket Booking System”.

2. Objective Of the Project :-

“ Online Movie Ticket Booking “ system is actually an Online Ticket
Booking Project. The main objective of this project is to book tickets
online. This ticket booking system is actually a Reservation System which
is Internet based. From this Online Ticket booking system there will grow
up a connection between the cinema hall or multiplex authorities and
user. Whoever has internet access and debit card, credit card or online
payment methods ( like UPI) can buy tickets.
The User will get this advantages :-
1. This system is available for 24x7. So, anyone can book any movie or seat
at any time from anywhere.
 2. From this system user are available to know about the movie details,
time schedules, available seat numbers , price for seats , available
cinema halls etc.
3. Firstly, the user can select his/her city, then the movie name and finally
he/she can book the tickets also the desired seat for him/her .
4. Also he/she can give rate for the movie or the service provide by the
multiplex or cinema hall authorities.
The Multiplex or Cinema hall Authority’s advantages :-
1. It will help them to get good customer relationship.
2. It will help to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
3. It will help them to easily enter the national market.
