In year 2007, it has been concluded that the primary issue on the global agenda is all
about energy and environmental security. Possible solutions have been laid out to reduce global
dependency on fossil fuels and greenhouse gas emissions, including the use of technological
advances that would result in low-polluting and secure energy resources. One of its impact to the
global market is the high oil prices and global warming across nations which pushes countries to
rapid changes. According to the United States Energy Information Administration (EIA), it has
been recorded that China increases its oil consumption by almost half a million barrels per day in
the year 2006, as well as the electricity consumption of India that resulted to 845 billion kilo-
watt-hours in 2010. In line with this, an effective framework for cooperation in climate change
must be the primary action to make immediate response in energy and environmental security.
Moreover, the continues global poverty greatly affects global security. Tragically,
poverty and insecurity feed off one another, creating what Brookings scholar Susan Rice
evocatively refers to as a "doom spiral" that worsens infrastructure destruction, raises infant
mortality, creates refugees, and feeds the trafficking of arms and drugs. Additionally, it makes it
more difficult for other parties to provide aid and less appealing for the global private sector to
invest.

On the other hand, countries like Brazil, Russia, India, and China are leading in
reshaping the global economy. These countries largely contribute in changing the structure of
international production and trade, nature and capital flows, movements of natural resource
consumption, and global distribution of powers which will be adopted by other countries in the
following decades. However, these countries face complex challenges in sustaining and
managing their growth and political evolution. Rapid growth of countries affects the
environment, distracting forests and the changing quality of air, is a big challenge to
environmental sustainability.
seems to offer a new and creative viewpoint for the entire area of architecture research. To
examine this tendency with a proper critique, in-depth research must be conducted. It is improper
transformation. Currently the relations between human and his environment are extremely
significant. The more professionally we influence a consumer the more effectively we achieve
our strategic economic aims. It seems that architecture becomes an inherent element of the
economic strategies constructed to trigger off a definite financial result. Architecture as a device
ample with the expression means supports creating the competitive advantages. It is crucial to
evaluate how we use the current tools and gadgets we have in the context of the current crisis and
