1. Administrative
matters
Attendance
● Attendance for SP301 is compulsory
○ Please inform Ms Chin and/or Ms Lim via email if you are
unsure / need to be excused for valid reasons
● All students have been excused from after-school activities
(e.g. CCA etc)
○ MI students to join Poster Presentation at 3.30 pm
● Please inform your teachers personally as a form of respect
○ E.g. CCA teachers, subject teachers etc.

Schedule
● You are reminded to stay THROUGHOUT the poster
presentation until 5.30 pm.
● If you are not being assessed, you may visit other poster
booths
○ Please ensure that there is at least ONE member at your
poster
○ If your members are not around when the assessors are
here, please call to inform them
Reminders for Presentation

● Each group will be assessed by TWO teacher mentors


● ALL members are required to present
○ If your member is unable to attend due to valid
reasons and has informed Ms Chin and/or Ms Lim, the
other members will proceed without him/her
● Attire: Half grey with PE t-shirt

● Each student will be given ONE entry to vote for the Most
Popular Poster Award
● You may vote for the poster with the most outstanding
project / presentation of your preference
● The voting form will open during the poster presentation
via Gclassroom
2. Poster printing
and set-up
Poster Collection
● All posters will be printed and be ready for collection by 26
Aug (Fri)
● Please send 1 representative per classroom to the Sigma
Lab (Biology Area)
○ He/She will collect posters for all 5 groups in the same
venue

Ms Chin and Ms Lim will be walking around the


classrooms to guide you with the setting-up of venues
and poster booths from 2.30pm to 3.15pm.

Arrangement of furniture in the classrooms
Please follow the next few slides to rearrange the furniture in the
classrooms:
● 5 groups allocated per classroom

● 1 or 2 tables required per poster booth

● All other furniture and items to be shifted to the back of the


classroom

● Each group to have sufficient space around your poster booth to
