Reference: Agreement Training to implement security compliance Assessment, dated: June 5, 2022.

Dear Sir,

With the reference to the captioned “Reference” as mentioned above and related TOR annexed in
Schedule-1 of the service agreement, we hereby fully authorize and assure you that we do deliver
remaining items of training service as per revised training program schedule (Annexure-1) attached
herewith.

Also, we do hereby solemnly undertake and confirm that we shall be liable of all consequences if we
failed to deliver the remaining services and raised any objection in this regard.

We further undertake to adjust or pay the remaining item cost in case of delayed to complete the training
program as per revised training program schedule (Annexure-A) but require prompt support from Walton
concern to deliver the items on time.
