Tuition and Fees
New and Returning Students
Foes Statement
‘Your Foes Statement is emailed to your official myCentennial email account. Fees Statements
are not mailed to your home, You can also view your tution fees online
at my.centennialcollege.ca. Login to your student account and select the myCentennial tab. In
the My Online Services menu, select View Payment Options & Pay Fees.
Fees Statements for Fall class are sent in June. Fees statements for Winter classes are sent
in November. Fees Statements for Summer classes are sent in March.
Late Payment Penalty Information
A deposit must be made by the Deposit Due Date (see your fee statement). Failure to pay
your deposit by the Deposit Due Date on your Fees Statement may result in your place in the
program being offered to another qualified applicant. The remainder of your fees is due by the
Foes Due Date (see your fee statement). Late fees will be applied if full fees are not paid by
the first day of classes for the upcoming semester.
Withdrawal and Refunds
Withdrawals
‘Withdrawing from your program or reducing your courses has consequences. Make sure you
are aware of the deadlines to withdraw and how it affects your academic record and fees. To
officially withdraw, you must submit a Withdrawal Form to the Enrolment Services Office.
Withdrawing or reducing (.e. by dropping) courses may have any of the following effects:
*Change your eligibility for an OSAP loan
+Extend the duration of your studies, or delay your graduation
Add to your expenses via additional fees (ie. the result of exten
+Affect your ‘sponsorship’ arrangements
Affect your eligibility for inter-collegiate sports

Withdrawing after fees payment
You must notify the College in writing by the tenth day of classes to be eligible for a refund of
fees. Please submit a Withdrawal Form to Enrolment Services at any campus. The College
will refund all tution fees less a $200 non-refundable amount.
Withdrawing after course registration
‘Once you have registered for your classes, you are responsible for full tution fees for your
first semester unless you submit a Withdrawal Form by the tenth day of classes. Please note
that once you are registered in classes, tuming down your offer or cancelling your application
at Ontariocolleges.ca or verbally notfying your instructor, Enrolment Services or other College
staff does not withdraw you from your program. Should you cease to attend classes and do
not officially withdraw, you will remain enrolled and will be assigned a 'FNA’ (Fail Non-
attendance) grade. To avoid this, submit the Withdrawal Form by the deadline noted in the
Important Dates Calendar available on myCentennial

If you withdraw from your program after the tenth day of classes, the fees for the semester
fare non-refundable and you are responsible for any outstanding fees for the semester. You
will be refunded tultion that you have pre-paid for any subsequent semesters. In rare
circumstances, the College wil allow students to withdraw after the relevant deadline and
receive either a partial refund or withdrawal without academic penalty. Contact the Enrolment
Services Office at 416-289-5300 for details. You must submit a Withdrawal Form, a one-to-
‘two page letter of explanation and any supporting documentation (2.g. a doctor's note if you
were il),
Refunds
Acrefund cheque will be mailed if you paid by cash, cheque or debit. If you paid by credit
‘ard, the refund willbe issued to the credit card. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for
processing, however longer waits may be experienced during peak processing periods.
How to Withdraw from Centennial College
4. Withdrawal Fees
+ Visa Denial - refunds are subject to a $200 administrative fee.
‘+ Transferring to another institution - subject to $2,300 non-refundable tuition foe
(effective for September 2015 programs). Refunds will be processed only if you
will be attending a Centennial approved institution in the same semester as you
were accepted to attend at Centennial. In addition, the program level must be the
same or higher (for example, post-graduate to post-graduate or post-secondary to
post-graduate). A valid offer letter from the institution indicating the start date of
studies will be required,
+ All other refund requests - subject to a $2,300 non-refundable tuition fee (effective
for September 2015 programs) and requires approval by international education
department at Centennial College.
+ If you withdraw after the first 10 school days of the semester, only subsequent
‘semester fees paid will be reimbursed.
+ Any outstanding balances owing on your account will be deducted from your
refund.
2. Withdrawal Form
Complete an Intemational Student Withdrawal Form and submit all supporting
documentation required for your case on or before the first 10 school days of the
semester.
3. Refund Processing Forms
Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the ori
forms are required

Please note: For students who are transferring to another institution, your refund cheque will
be issued directly to that institution, A Third-Party Release Form is required.
4, Reason for Withdrawal
A= Visa Denial
Please ensure you submit a copy of your visa denial letter to the international office in
addition to the above forms. A $200 administrative fee applies.
B -Othor Reasons
If you are withdrawing for reasons other than a Visa Denial, a $2,300 non-refundable tuition
fee charge applies. Please submit all of the following, in addition to the above forms:

5. Submission

Students can expect to receive 2 refund within four to six weeks after the international office
has received a complete and accurate Application to Withdraw package.
