By "exploring and comprehending the meaning that individuals or groups attribute to a social or human

problem; the process of research involves emerging questions and processes, data is often obtained in the
participant's context," qualitative approaches are employed in research (Creswell, 2014, p.4). The participants
will be the subject of semi-structured interviews as part of the qualitative approach. The semi-structured
interviews will give detailed insights into the major problems associated with the goals. Because the interviews
are semi-structured, the researcher will be able to include questions that are specifically related to the goals
while still ensuring the collection of comprehensive data about the subjects.
