1) Wilfer Andres Restrepo Muñoz

In the case of the diamond supermarket, it is extremely important to implement change

management strategies as a determining factor in the evolution of its organizational
behavior and better conflict management in order to compete in the market that has changed
over time that today requires a much higher level in the training of its Human Capital, for which
it is necessary to take advantage of the individual capacities and strengths of each one of its
employees, focusing the business on Innovation.
It is important to continuously analyze the trends of customer needs and the behavior of the
market and the competition to adapt to these values.

2) Eliecer Córdoba Lemus

The organizational structure of the El Diamante supermarket is under the command of the head
of the family, in this case Joaquín, evidencing that important decisions do not go through any
filter and revolve around a single person, wasting the knowledge that In terms of administration
and logistics processes and customer service, it can contribute the human capital that make it up,
this situation also truncates the different innovation processes that are required and that are
necessary to instill in employees attitudes of change management and good conflict
management qualities that provide efficiency and effectiveness in all the activities carried out by
the supermarket, in this aspect as a strategy it is recommended to carry out training activities to
achieve a change of mentality in workers and owners to do things better, how to do them
differently, In the same way, establish good communication and improve the capacity d
integration of members, all to achieve a common goal.

3) Juan David Lopez Serna

In conclusion, for the Diamante supermarket it is important to better implement

organizational behavior, taking into account the human capital it has and thus be able to
have trained personnel for each type of work, in this way to be able to generate change
management within the supermarket and to be able to reach the proposed goals within this,
generating a better work environment with good management and conflict resolution, to
finally reach a change of prosperity and innovation that would generate satisfied customers

the diamond supermarket

The company saw the need to carry out change management in the administrative area due
to the need to maintain its business over time, as a proposal the company must begin to
create a new organizational behavior where all important decisions do not depend on a
single person, for which it is necessary to create new very well-defined roles for each of the
more areas, which allow better control and management of possible conflicts, seeking a
high-performance team, it is important to bear in mind that this requires human capital
qualified, for which the ability to make this investment must be analyzed in detail, these
changes are generated from the inside out, that is, innovating in high-performance teams,
providing the confidence to make good decisions, generating trust from suppliers and
ultimately keep our customers happy.
