Hi! I have a question: Where would you prefer
to live? By the ocean or in the mountains?

I live in the middle of a city. The air is dirtier here
than the mountains. I think that the mountains
have cleaner air than the ocean. So I would
choose the mountains.  David2000
The mountains are beautiful. But there isn’t much
to do up there! The ocean is more fun. There are
movie theaters, stores, cafés, and restaurants
in my city near the ocean. And I can play all my
favorite water sports, too!  Tony_P
I love to ski and play other winter sports, so for
me the answer is: the mountains! I also like
swimming, but we have lakes in the mountains,
so I can swim there in warmer weather.  Jenna23
In the mountains, the trees and plants change
more with the seasons. In the fall, the trees turn
red and they look amazing. You can’t see these
fantastic changes by the ocean. It just gets colder

Fall and winter in the mountains are terrible.
It’s always cold and snowing! It also gets really
windy. So I prefer the ocean.  JackT
I love the mountains, but I love the ocean, too! I
live in Los Angeles in California. I have the ocean
in front of my apartment, and the mountains

My cousins live in a town by the ocean, and in
the summer it’s very busy and noisy. There aren’t
as many people in the mountains and I prefer
