management (suppliers,partners), business process (expressed in a model). Maintain the anonymity of the business name,
location, owner’s identity, and other confidential information about the business.

II. BUSINESS PERFORMANCE QUESTIONNAIRE

Formulate your interview questionnaire based on key performance indicators such as Management, Sales,
Financial, Customer, Operational, Competitor Analysis, Automation, Cyber Security, and Marketing.

III. PRESENTATION OF DATA

From the results of the questionnaire, present the data by discussing the core, support, and management process.
You may use images, diagrams, tables, charts, and graphs in presenting your data.

IV. SWOT ANALYSIS OF THE BUSINESS PERFORMANCE

Based on the results of the Business Performance Questionnaire, analyze the data and formulate a SWOT Analysis
on the key performance indicators. A guide is shown below, you may add information based on the results of your
questionnaire.
