This is to certify that ALDRICK V. BAUTISTA, a permanent Teacher III of Santor
Elementary School, SDO Annex - Bongabon District, SDO Nueva Ecija, served as School EPP-
Elementary ICT Coordinator from SY 2019- 2020 up to SY 2021-2022. As coordinator, he was
able to organize ICT Month and School ICT Club that helps during SPG Election and act as
student computer tutor. He also headed the implementation of online SPG election of the
Department of Education for the last three years as part of his action plan as EPP-ICT
Coordinator. He performed his duties very satisfactorily and efficiently. His assignment and
services are in addition to and not considered part of his regular load.
