No, Date 11-29392253, 233922 Respuhedl Sx, It has been observed by Hon’ble LG while inspecting public places during the last week that there are dumps of municipal solid waste, C&D waste, malba, inert material, scrap and obsolete items, etc. on the roads/ streets in the NCT of Delhi, which gives squalid look to public places. 2 Accordingly, Hon’ble LG has desired that a fortnight long ‘Special Cleanliness Drive’ be conducted by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, Delhi Development Authority, New Delhi Municipal Council, Delhi Cantonment Board, Public Works Department of NCT of Delhi and National Highways Authority of India for removal of such waste from the roads / streets, their sides, central verge and open public places in their respective jurisdictional areas from 11"June, 2022 to 26" June, 2022 to not only ensure cleanliness but to ensure that such roads / streets and open public places be used optimally for their designated purposes, 3 Iti therefore requested that concerned Officers of your organization be directed to undertake ‘Special Cleanliness Drive’ from 11" June, 2022 to 26" June, 2022 to remove all such waste in their jurisdictional areas. 4 In this ‘Special Cleanliness Drive’, Hon'ble LG, Hon'ble Chief Minister, Hon'ble Members of Parliament, Hon'ble Ministers of GNCTD, Hon’ble Members of Legislative Assembly, other people's representatives, market welfare associations, resident welfare associations, social organizations and NGOs of repute, and citizens be involved to make ita Jan Abhiyan, 5 The ‘Special Cleanliness Drive’ will be launched by Hon’ble LG along with Hon'ble Chief Minister at 0800 hours on 11"* June, 2022, and all the officers be directed to start the drive from a public place having maximum of such problem in each of the erstwhile municipal ward 6 Accordingly, you are requested to make an action plan, including deciding the sites for launching the Drive in each ward, to ensure that on or before the conclusion of this ‘Special Cleanliness Drive’, the roads / streets, their sides, central verge and open public places in your [Jurisdictional areas be made free from such wast. 12 dott Regent “ (Sanjay El) u To Sh.
