MEMORANDUM

SUBJECT : Spot Report re: Frustrated Murder

DATE : November 20, 2022

1. On or about 6:00 PM of the November 20,2022, at Purok Bona, Barangay Gatas, Pagadian City
Zamboanga del Sur Richard Santos of Legal age and temporarily residing at the said place was
stabbed numerous times by a person identified as Lito Dalisay 31 years old, resident of Purok-1,
Barangay Tungaw, Pitogo, Zamboanga del Sur of said Province, temporarily residing at said
place.

2. Initial investigation disclosed that the victim was having a good time drinking with his
companions on his front yard when a lone bystander with no apparent reason suddenly stabbed
the victim 2 times in the stomach.

3. The victim Richard Santos who sustained stab wounds was rushed to Hofileña Hospital.
Fortunately, the victim was declared stable and was placed under Intensive Care Unit.

4. Interview conducted on one of the companion of Richard Dalisay identified as Johnny A. Bravo
revealed that the suspect was saw talking to a person aboard a Yamaha NMAX 155, color gray,
with plate number JAX 1326 before the incident happened.
