Sir,

I am respectfully filing a complaint against Mr. NELYN SARAO IMBO of Purok 5,

Brgy. Poblacion, Maigo, Lanao del Norte for violation of Section 77 of PD 705 otherwise known
as the Forestry Code, as amended, committed as follows:

That sometime on October 4, 2022 at Purok 5, Barangay Poblacion, Maigo, Lanao del
Norte and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Office, the above-named accused, did then
and there, willfully, unlawfully and feloniously, without authority or permit, gathered, collected
and possessed forest products consisting of Four Hundred and Fifteen (415) sacks of Charcoal
and Twenty-Two (22) bundles of Firewood of Binunga (Macaranga Tanarius) with the market
value of Sixty-Seven thousand Two Hundred Eighty (₽67,280.00), Philippine currency, to the
detriment and prejudice of the Republic of the Philippines, in violation of the aforementioned
law.

CONTRARY TO LAW.

Attached herewith are the following:

1) Joint Affidavit of Apprehending Officers;

2) Spot and Investigation Report by DENR Personnel as Apprehending Officers;
3) Seizure Receipt;
4) Apprehension Receipt;
5) Inventory/Tally Scale Sheet;
6) Photo Exhibits;
7) Custodian Acknowledgement; and
8) Minutes of Administrative Adjudication.
