SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, MA. CARLA ELAINE G. TENORIO, of legal age, Filipino, single, with residence
and postal address at Tagudtod, San Nicolas, Batangas, do hereby name, appoint, and constitute
NOREEN RICA G. TENORIO, also of legal age, Filipino, and with residence and postal address at
Corthez Building, Galicia Street, Espana Manila as my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN FACT for
and in my place, stead and behalf, including, but not limited to the following acts, to wit:

1. To negotiate and/or agree to the terms and conditions of the purchase and other matters
relating thereto, and choose as well decide on the details/particulars of the property to be
purchased;

2. To enter, execute, sign and deliver all contracts and agreements, including but not limited to
Contract to Sell and Deed of Absolute Sale, and other documents, papers pertinent to the
purchased property;

3. To make payments relative to the purchased property;

4. To receive copies documents that should have been furnished such as copies of the Contract
to Sell, Deed of Absolute Sale, and other documents involving the property;

5. To receive the key to the unit and sign the relevant documents acknowledging receipt the
property.

6. And to do and perform all and every act which may be requisite necessary or proper to carry
out the above purpose.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full powers and
authority to do and perform all or any acts requisite and/or necessary to carry into effect the
foregoing authorities, as fully to all intents and purpose as I might or could lawfully do, if
personally present and acting in person, and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all
that my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT may also do or cause to be done under and by virtue of
these presents.
