Project Title: Quarterly Engagement and Validation of School Learning


Continuity Plan

Project Rationale: To ensure that all learners acquire the knowledge and skills
needed to promote continuous sustainable development in education including,
among others, through the implementation of Learning Continuity Plan,
mainstreamed at all levels in curricula, teacher professional development and
student assessment. Issues and gaps on the first month of the implementation of
school learning continuity plan were encountered in terms of the content of modules,
teachers’ readiness and competence, and learner’s mode of assessment. These
entails on the process of school Learning Management System.

Project Description: This project will enhance the capacities of the teachers in
crafting the weekly home learning plan in all learning areas at all levels and will
ensure the quality of the learning resources in terms of content and target
competencies that must be develop among learners. This project will be
implemented for the whole school year. More so, the validation and engagement of
teachers with the school heads and supervisors to provide technical assistance
making sure that the output will be on expected standards will be done a week
before the every new quarter period begins

Project Objectives

1. Produce the result of the quarterly validation sheet on the


content of the modules per learning area at all levels
2. Produce the validated copy of the Weekly Home Learning Plan
and Learning Tasks in all learning areas at all levels for every
quarter
3. Produce the validated copy of the developed activity sheets for
formative assessment in all learning areas at all levels for every
quarter

Strategy/Mechanics of Implementation:

 Conduct quarterly walkthrough of modules per learning area at all


levels
 Conduct quarterly workshop on the crafting of Weekly Home Learning
Plan and Learning Tasks in all learning areas at all levels
 Conduct quarterly workshop on the development of activity sheets for
formative assessment in all learning areas at all levels

Budgetary Requirement: Php12,000,000 (The amount for this project will be


proposed for the Annual Implementation Plan making sure that this will be included
in the budget proposal from the MOOE of each school. In here the teacher will have
a budget of P800 in support for their internet data allowance which will be used only
during the virtual engagement and validation since the whole week of workshop will
be done offline. The target participants for this project are the 15,000 teachers and
100% of learners in the Province of Rizal from the Basic Education Services will be
the beneficiaries.

Evaluation: For the monitoring and evaluation of the project, the QATAME tool will
be used. Quality Assurance, Technical Assistance and Monitoring & Evaluation tool
is crafted under the ISO process for the division office’s programs and projects. This
process includes from the pre-implementation, implementation, post implementation
including the projects/activities for its sustainability.

B. Project Title: Teachers E2-WAVE (Enhancing the Engagement in


Webinars Applicable for Virtual Education)

Project Rationale: To ensure that all learners acquire the knowledge and skills
needed to promote continuous sustainable development in education including,
among others, through the implementation of Learning Continuity Plan,
mainstreamed at all levels in curricula, teacher professional development and
student assessment. Issues and gaps on the first month of the implementation of
school learning continuity plan were encountered in terms of the capacity of teachers
to deliver the learning process through different virtual platforms.

Project Description: This project will enhance the capacities/competencies of the


teachers in delivering the teaching and learning process with the utilization and
exploration of different virtual or online platforms. This will also ensure that the
school will not only manage one learning distance modality but could also offer two
to three modalities as they are capacitated to the deliver and cater these modalities.

Project Objectives

1. Develop the competencies of 100% number of teachers in


the division in the utilization of different digital platforms in
online teaching
2. Create a digital collaborative hub in every sub-office for the
engagement of professional IT experts and the teachers

Strategy/Mechanics of Implementation:

 Conduct training webinar workshop for the teachers in the utilization of


different digital platforms in online teaching during summer INSETS or
a month before the opening of the school year.
 Invite professional IT experts to collaborate and sustain the training of
teachers as trainer and resource speaker.
 Include the budget for teachers development in the Annual
Implementation Plan in particular for this training workshop

a budget of P1000 in support for their internet data allowance which will be used only
during the virtual engagement with the IT expert while other activities might be done
offline The target participants for this project are the 15,000 teachers and 100% of
learners in the Province of Rizal from the Basic Education Services will be the
beneficiaries.
