 Major Medical Insurance with Seguros Monterrey New York Life. It can be extended to your
spouse and children (no older than 24 years) $8 MXN Million per event.
 Minor Medical Insurance: VRIM membership, special discounts in Doctor’s appointments and
accidents reimbursement up to $20,000 MXN.

 Disability Subsidy: When in short-term disability (15 days) for general disease, Social Security
Institute pays from the fourth day 60% of salary, for this reason Luxoft will pay 100% of salary
of the first 3 days the social security institute does not cover and 40% from day 4 till 15.

 Mobility Plan: After 1 year of being a Luxoft employee, you can apply to another Luxoft location.
