Subject : Delivery Receipt and Process of Billing

This is to inform ALL SUBCON TRUCKERS that:

 INCOMPLETE ORIGINAL DELIVERY RECEIPTS (DR) = NONE


PROCESSING OF BILLING. Ang mga trucker ho na hindi pa kumpleto ang
mga DR ay hindi i-process ang billing o kaya ay delayed ang process ng billing.
Mangyaring magpasa agad ng kumpletong delivery receipt upang maiwasan ito.

 PASS TWO (2) ORIGINAL COPIES PER DELIVERY RECEIPTS, WAIT FOR
AT LEAST THREE WORKING DAYS TO ONE WORKING WEEK FOR THE
PROCESSING OF BILLING. Dalawang original copies po sana ng bawat
delivery receipt ang ibigay sa office o sa pier. Makatapos pong magpasa ng
dalawang original na kopya ng delivery receipt ay mangyaring maghintay po ng
tatlong araw hanggang isang lingo para sa processing ng inyong billing.

 NOTIFY MA’AM LYCA ELAMBRE IF BILLING WAS SENT THROUGH E-


MAIL. Mangyari lamang po na tawagan si Ma’am Lyca Elambre (09565947078)
kung nagsend po kayo ng billing sa aming truck monitoring email.
