MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE

AND TO ADMIT ATTACHED REJOINDER

PETITIONER INTERNATIONAL SOURCING AND

MARKETING, LTD., by counsel, unto this Honorable Court,

consistent with Rule 43 Section 4 of the 1997 Rules of Civil

Procedure, to enable petitioner to meet the issues raised in

respondent’s Reply to Opposition dated 15 September 2003, a

copy of which it received on 22 September 2003, and in the

interest of substantial justice, hereby respectfully seeks the

leave of this Honorable Court to file, and moves for this

Honorable Court to admit, the attached rejoinder.

 WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed of this Honorable

Court to grant leave to petitioner to file and to admit the

attached rejoinder.

Other remedies just and equitable under the premises

are likewise prayed for.
