DESCRIPTION
Cross Section
MAXIFLEX STARTEC® 9320-OS provides excellent
solution for electrical flange insulation and generally
used for high-pressure services. It installed in the
connection of dissimilar flange materials where
protection of electrical corrosion desired.

Attached Stainless Metal Core between Glass

Reinforced Epoxy performs superior sealing ability and
reinforced insulation characteristic in high pressure.
Attached reinforced spring on PTFE Seal performs for
low-pressure services.

APPLICATION

- Stable sealability and insulation performance on severe condition

- Easy installation and disassembly.
- Line in the connection of dissimilar flange materials
- The section for electrical flange insulation
- The section installed with Ring Joint Flange and Raise Face Flange
- The section needed to protect the flange surface coating.
- Core Thickness : Basic 6.6 mm(6.0 ~ 8.0mm available)
- Temperature : Max. 150℃
- Pressure : Max ANSI/ASME Class 2500
